Check-in is self-service and available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Please note that parties, loud noise, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a €200 fine. Out of respect for neighbors and the community, any behavior that disturbs public order, creates noise, or affects cleanliness is strictly forbidden. It is also not permitted to remove furniture, chairs, or any household items from the property. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay. Pets are not allowed. We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra linens — we’ll be happy to provide them for an additional fee. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of smoking (e.g. odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy applies to utilities, with a limit of €80. Extra keys: €20 (for an additional set, lost keys, or door-opening service during your stay). Extra cleaning with linens: same price as the regular cleaning fee. Extra linens: €30 (includes towels and sheets for 2 guests, when the sofa bed is not in use). Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
