The staff, super nice, polite, each one of them, in the dining room, beach bar, room staff.... The views from the room are spectacular.
El personal, súper majos, educados, cada uno de ellos, en el comedor, chiringuito, personal de habitaciones....
Las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares.
Excessively repetitive food, the same thing every day, and if there is leftover at noon, they put it at night.... The food is really good, but very very repetitive. The hotel is isolated from the world, and the only bar in the hotel fills up after dinner, so you have no choice but to go to your room because there is no room to walk around or anything.
Comida excesivamente repetitiva, tooodos los días lo mismo, y si sobraba a mediodía, lo ponen por la noche....
La comida está buenísima la verdad, pero muy muy repetitiva.
El hotel está apartado del mundo, y el único bar que hay del hotel después de cenar se llena, entonces no tienes otra alternativa que irte a la habitación porque no hay ni para poder pasear ni nada.

The elevators... stop at all floors even if they are full. They should have a sensor so they don't stop when they are full, it wastes a lot of time and gets hot
Los ascensores...paran en todas las plantas aunque vayan llenos. Deberian de llevar un sensor para que no pararan cuando estan llenos, hace perder mucho tiempo y pasar calor

Good atmosphere and good food. There is no lack of food and drink throughout the day. The All Inclusive is highly recommended. It is appreciated that they gave us a bottle of water for the holiday. The Chinese beach, but super clean and with many fish to see

Los ascensores tardan muchísimo y el agua de la piscina estaba el último día muy turbia y da mal aspecto el filo. A ver si poniendo porcelánico o gresite cambia el aspecto de la piscina. Aunque se está muyyyy agusto ????

All good: staff, facilities, cleanliness, food, speed of service, etc.
Todo bien: personal , instalaciones, limpieza, comida, rapidez al ser atendido, etcétera.
Facilitate plastic bins/containers to deposit the large amount that is generated daily. And also, the elevators. Two falls short for so many people, although I understand that this is difficult to solve.
Facilitar papeleras/contenedores de plástico para depositar la gran cantidad que se genera diariamente.
Y también, los ascensores. Dos se quedan cortos para tantas personas, aunque entiendo que esto tiene difícil solución.

The staff was very friendly and willing. The food was very good although sometimes it varied little, but not bad.
El personal muy amable y dispuesto. La comida muy buena aunque a veces variaba poco, pero no está mal.
The rooms need an improvement, you could not see the TV, of 8 channels that only had only 1 could be seen (more or less ...), the rest forget, we who went with 2 little girls could not put drawings because there was no channel. They should consider putting Wiffi in the rooms, because today and more in a 4 * hotel, wherever you go they have Wiffi.
Las habitaciones necesitan una mejora, no se podía ver la Tv, de 8 canales que solo tenían solo 1 se podía ver (mas o menos...), el resto olvídate, nosotros que fuimos con 2 niñas pequeñas no pudimos ponerles dibujos porque no había ningún canal. Deberían de plantearse el poner Wiffi en las habitaciones, ya que hoy en día y más en un Hotel de 4*, vayas a donde vayas tienen Wiffi.

Friendly staff, the environment where it is located is very beautiful but you have to take a car for everything.
Personal amable, el entorno donde está ubicado es muy bonito pero hay q coger coche para todo.
The stairs.....there are 2 swimming pools and to access them you have to go down and then go up... The elevators there were times when it was mission impossible to take one
