The apartment they gave us was not bad and we slept comfortably.
El apartamento que nos dieron en si no estaba mal y se dormía cómodo.
They charge you €5/person for towels and sheets and they don't even give you a towel for your feet.... The sheets they give you are: 1 sheet and the blankets that are in the room. The water in the shower took a while to get hot. The walls are made of paper and you can hear absolutely everything.
Te cobran 5€/persona por las toallas y sábanas y no te ponen ni toalla para los pies.... Las sabanas que te dan es: 1 sabana y las mantas que haya en la habitación. El agua de la ducha tardaba en salir caliente. Las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente todo.

All reviews were real. The spring mattresses were destroyed, the foam mattresses had to be thrown away, the smell of the apartment was nauseating, the TV only showed 3 channels well, the sofa bed was pitiful. Smell of grass in the hallways.
Todas las opiniones eran reales. Los colchones de muelles estaban destrozados, los de goma espuma para tirarlos, el olor del apartamento nauseabundo, la tv sólo se veían bien 3 canales, el sofá cama de pena. Olor a hierba por los pasillos.
The smell of sewer from the kitchen, the mattresses to be thrown away, the TV couldn't be seen, the bunk bed moved like a chairlift. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THESE APARTMENTS

The location is not bad. You have to go down some stairs to get to pradollano (about 7-8 minutes with ski equipment). You have to pay for the red car park zone (€12 per day) if you find a place.
La ubicación no está mal. Hay que bajar unas escaleras para llegar a pradollano (unos 7-8 minutos con equipo de esquí). Hay que pagar zona roja de aparcamiento (12 € diarios) si encuentras sitio.
The room itself is acceptable (we were two people) but everything was very neglected. My opinion is from apartment 7Y, in case the owners want to check it. Sleeping on the mattresses has been a real nightmare. They are very, very broken. They are spring mattresses from the 90's that are nailed on all sides. Neither my 12-year-old daughter nor I have been able to sleep. The sofa bed was much better, but it was small for us. If I find out, I'll take an inflatable mattress that is infinitely more comfortable. I think that for less than €100 for each viscoelastic mattress it is worth keeping the customer happy. The curtains were broken (stored in the closet, which by the way doesn't open or close properly) and I was able to fix one of the blinds so that not so much light came in in the morning. The rest (kitchen and bathroom) acceptable. I will not return simply because I have not been able to rest.
La habitación en sí es aceptable (fuimos dos personas) pero todo estaba muy descuidado. Mi opinión es del apartamento 7Y, por si los propietarios quieren comprobarlo.
Dormir en los colchones ha sido una auténtica pesadilla. Están muy, pero que muy rotos. Son colchones de muelles de los años 90 que se clavan en todos los lados. No hemos podido dormir ni mi hija de 12 años ni yo. Era mucho mejor el sofá cama, pero nos resultaba pequeño. Si lo llego a saber me llevo un colchón hinchable que es infinitamente más cómodo. Creo que por menos de 100 € por cada colchón viscoelástico merece la pena tener contento al cliente.
Las cortinas estaban rotas (guardadas en el armario, que por cierto no abre ni cierra bien) y uno de los estores lo pude arreglar yo para que no entrara tanta luz por la mañana.
El resto (cocina y baño) aceptable.
No volveré simplemente porque no he podido descansar.

Premium apartment it said, and we paid for it. A mess, dirty, broken, the shower water was coming out of the kitchen. Zero attention.
Apartamento premium decia, y pagamos por ello. Un desastre, sucio, roto, se nos salia el agua de la ducha por la cocina. Atención nula.
