Unpleasant staff and zero cleaning in the room. The hotel had paid for it for 6 days and I left for 2 days because I couldn't stand seeing so much neglect and dirt in all the facilities. I left earlier and they didn't call either because I had left the hotel early. Bad service in all aspects, something similar had never happened to me of having to leave a hotel early
Personal desagradable y limpieza en la habitación nula.el hotel lo tenía pagado para 6 días y me fui 2 días porque no aguantaba ver tanta dejadez y suciedad en todas las instalaciones. Me fui antes y tampoco en llamaron proque había dejado el hotel antes de tiempo. Mal servicio en todos los aspectos,jamás me había pasado algo igual de tener q dejar un hotel antes de tiempo

Everyone super attentive. Special thanks to the chef who is very prepared to cater for people with allergies. The cleaning team a 10. A change had to be made and they were very fast.

El equipo de limpieza un 10. Hubo que hacer un cambio y fueron muy rápidas.
I would like it if you could check out later than 11 at no additional cost, because you enter at 4 and you are a little short on time.
Me gustaría que se pudiese salir más tarde de las 11 sin coste adicional, porque se entra a las 16 y se queda un poco corto de tiempo.

The food was very good and varied. The all-inclusive service is quite good, drinks, cocktails and snacks. The show performances in the Europa room at night and the spectacular spa, is what saves them with so much prestige name of Marina d'Or.
La comida muy buena y variada. El servicio todo incluido bastante bien, bebidas, coctels y snacks. El show actuaciones en salón Europa por la noche y el balneario espectacular, es lo que les salva con tanto nombre prestigio de Marina d'Or.
This hotel 15-20 years ago and more would be a 5 ***** but today not a chance, old, classic, wetland stains, leaks .... This in a 5 *****? children's entertainment kids from 5 to 7 pm and there was no one (shameful), no locker room for us to leave and take things the last day to leave the room, we could not shower that day back because they did not even know the times of the spa, as we were told that if it was open and then it was not, we had to change in the bathrooms and hotel entrance. The staff at the desk was very bad and on top of that they made a mistake when assigning us the rooms and giving us information about what we were going to get. I will not return.
Este hotel hace 15-20 años y más sería un 5 ***** pero hoy por hoy ni de coña, antiguo, clásico, manchas de humedales, goteras.... ¿esto en un 5 *****? animación infantil kids de 5 a 7 de la tarde y no había nadie (vergonzoso), no habitación consigna para nosotros poder dejar y coger las cosas el último día al dejar la habitación, no poder ducharnos ese día de regreso porque ni siquiera sabían los horarios del balneario, ya que nos dijeron que si estaba abierto y luego era no, tuvimos que cambiarnos en los baños y entrada del hotel. Atención personal mostrador muy pésima y encima se equivocaron al asignarnos las habitaciones y darnos información sobre lo que nos entraba. Vamos que no vuelvo

I had half of the facilities closed, not to spend, even the elevator of the spa stopped I had to take my daughter up and down to the third floor walking, because the facilities for children are on the third floor, as I was told at the reception if I want a good price is what there is, you pay but the price is half closed or stopped.
Tenia las mitad de las instalaciones cerradas, para no gastar, hasta el ascensor del balneario parado tuve que subir y bajar a mi hija a un tercer piso andando, porque las instalaciones para niños esta en la tercera planta, como me dijeron en recepcion si quiero un buen precio es lo que hay, pagas pero arrazon del precio hay la mitad cerrado o parado
