No puedes dormir, está en una zona peatonal céntrica y las habitaciones son muy antiguas, con cosas rotas, y no están preparadas acústicamente, toda la noche escuchando a la gente de la calle hablando, cantando, haciendo mucho ruido, música de los pubs, ya que toda la calle está llena de terrazas y veladores. No quedarse si quieren descansar. Les dije al recepcionista que me cambiaran la habitación para que estuviera en la parte de atrás y me dijo que detrás hay otra plaza que es incluso peor, y no me dieron solución ninguna. Dos noches sin dormir.
El personal de recepción no era muy simpático. No tiene parking y no te dan solución, te dicen que no saben sobre el acceso de vehículos al centro bajo etiqueta medioambiental. Que lo aparcara en un parking privado (lo quede las dos noches en uno privado por 21€ cada noche). El desayuno escaso y muy normal. De los peores hoteles que he estado, muy viejo, personal muy pasota, y sobre todo que no puedes descansar.

Considero que faltaría un parking , y la verdad que la limpieza cuando llegamos a la habitación no esque estuviera muy limpia... El baño tenía sucio donde se une la tapa al WC. Y el suelo estaba lleno de suciedad y polvo... . También cuando hicimos la reserva no especificó nada sobre si cama de matrimonio o doble cama... Y tuvimos que juntar las camas por qué en la recepción no querían cambiarnos la habitación.

La habitación el colchón era cómodo. Era una habitación muy simple, con televisión, aire acondicionado. El baño tenía placa ducha. El lugar estaba muy bien situado porque estaba en todo el centro, por la noche puedes pasear por las calles en las que hay personas cantando y bailando y las tiendas todas abiertas por la noche. Zona muy bonita bajando escaleras antiguas y llegando a la playa del bahandillo. El hotel muy presentable aunque sea antiguo

El hotel no menciona en ningún lado que por falta de personas para las cenas o el almuerzo, no dispone de nuggets libre. Sino te dan a elegir entre 2 menús en el bar de al lado. Algo que para ir a un hotel me parece muy raro. Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel con media pensión y no dispone de buffet para la cena sin previo aviso. No es mi problema que los demás huéspedes no elijan buffet, si yo quiero yo tendría que disponer de alguna variedad más. El desayuno muy escaso, la máquina de zumos averiada, salía una mezcla de varios zumos (color marrón) menos mal que la mujer que tarbajaba allí me dio un zumo de bote (del bar que teníamos al lado) y un cola cao también del bar (porque ellos no tenían) la verdad que la comida demasiado escasa.

I loved the place as such is wonderful, very beautiful and spectacular, I would definitely come back. The food, the people, the atmosphere of the south is another level.
Me ha encantado el lugar como tal es maravilloso muy bonito espectacular sin duda volvería. La comida,la gente,el ambiente del sur es otro nivel.
What I did not like was the lack of resolution of the hotel staff, as they made a mistake which they did not know how to solve, we had to ask for a complaint form, otherwise everything was normal.

When we arrived at the hotel on September 2 at 2:30 pm to proceed to check-in, the front desk invited us to enter directly into the dining room with our suitcases, as they were saturated with all the people who were also entering that same day. Once in the dining room, we were told that almost all the food had been exhausted, since the management had had a bad forecast for that shift, they told us to sit at one of the tables that were dirty and full of dishes used by other customers, and wait for them to upload the food they were cooking for about fifteen new customers that we were in that unfortunate situation, meanwhile we could eat some white macaroni without any sauce, along with a little salad that was still left. After 45 minutes, we asked the waiters if the supposedly promised food was going to arrive, to which they replied that they did not know what was happening with the supposed loins, croquettes, Russian salad and other products that should have arrived, implying that if they had not arrived by 15:15 h. they would hardly arrive later. For all these reasons, we decided to leave with great disappointment.
Cuando llegamos al hotel el día 2 de septiembre a las 14:30 h para proceder al check-in , en recepción nos invitaron a entrar directamente en el comedor con las maletas, ya que estaban saturados con toda la gente que también entraban ese mismo día. Una vez en el comedor, nos comunicaron que se había agotado casi toda la comida, ya que desde la dirección habían tenido una mala previsión para ese turno, nos indicaron que nos sentáramos en una de las mesas que se encontraban sucias y llenas de vajilla utilizada por otros clientes, y esperásemos a que subieran la comida que estaban cocinando para una quincena de nuevos clientes que nos encontrábamos en esa lamentable situación, mientras tanto pudimos comer algo de macarrones blancos sin salsa alguna, junto con un poco de ensalada que aun quedaba. Transcurridos 45 minutos, le preguntamos a los camareros si iba a llegar la supuesta comida prometida, a lo que nos respondieron que no sabían que estaba pasando con los supuestos lomos, croquetas, ensaladilla rusa y demás productos que deberían haber llegado, dando a entender que si no habían llegado ya a las 15:15 h. difícilmente llegarían después. Por todo ello, decidimos retirarnos con una enorme decepción.
