The rooms are very good (completely new). David and Fátima, the fantastic entertainment guys. The IT is very good.

The food at the lunch and dinner buffet had very little variety and almost everything was tasteless and the treatment from some of the kitchen staff was terrible (the one at the barbecue threw away the food like someone who feeds the cattle, the impression I got was That's how he sees us as cattle) and in my case I traveled with my daughter with a food allergy (soy) when making the booking there was no problem, but upon arrival the first response was, it was better that I not eat anything, it seemed a little unusual to me In the end he was able to eat something, but I won't go back.
La comida en el buffet del almuerzo y cena muy poca variedad y sin sabor casi todo y el trato de alguno del personal de cocina pésimo (el que está en la barbacoa tiraba la comida como el que alimenta al ganado,la impresión que me dio es que así nos ve como ganado)y en mi caso que viajé con mi hija con alergia alimentaria (soja)al realizar la reserva no había problema, pero a la llegada la primera respuesta fue,mejor que no coma nada,un poco insólito me pareció,al final pudo comer algo,pero no volveré.

Sauna estropeada. La habitación para 4 pesinas es pequeña. El bufete poca variedad, se abusa d los fritos, poco pescado y muy repartida la comida q cuesta encontrarla. Leche d polvo. Los recepcionista no t esplican las cosas y tienes q ir a preguntar cada vez.

The animators are great!!! The water park is great, and the rooms and comforts are great!
Los animadores son buenísimos!!! El parque acuático genial, y las habitaciones y cómodas estupendas!
The outside floor is very slippery, I saw many people fall!!! The wifi did not reach my room and they could not solve it during my stay there.
El suelo exterior es muy deslizante, vi caerse a muchas personas!!!
En mi hab no llegaba el wifi y no me lo pudieron solucionar durante mi estancia allí

The hotel is very good, everything is very clean and the employees are very friendly. The train service to the beach was great and super punctual. The facilities are very good.
El hotel está muy bien, todo muy limpio y los empleados muy amables. El servicio de tren a la playa genial y superpuntual. Las instalaciones muy bien.
To put something negative, the entertainment at night would be a bit boring for the range of the hotel. Everything else great

They took away the fresh orange juice from the restaurant on September 3, I don't know why and we came in on August 31, it didn't seem normal to me.

The staff are mostly very friendly and attentive. Cleaning quite good.

The super new clean rooms and the very comfortable beds. Great meal times.
