1. Cockroaches. Two in the bathroom. 2. They check me in and ask for my passport. They forget to give it back to me and I, who had been in the Universal Parks for 12 intense hours, also forget to ask for it, so I take my share of the blame. I tell the receptionist that I am very tired and that tomorrow I am going back to Spain, and that it is a very long holiday. When I go up to my room it is OBVIOUS that the person at the reception has to realize that they have a customer's passport. That afternoon/evening I pass by the reception desk THREE times. Nobody remembers to give it to me. In the morning, I pass by the reception desk twice more, I even say goodbye. Nobody gives me my passport. And I realize when I get to the airport that I don't have it. From the airport I call 8 times. They pick up on the ninth. They don't want to assume any taxi costs, either there or back. I got on a plane with 2 minutes left. Who knows what they did with my passport in those 14 hours... I will complain to all the authorities I can. And I will spread my experience to all the places I can think of. SHAMELESS AND UNHYGIENIC.

Olvidan devolvérmelo y yo que llevaba encima 12 horas intensas en los Parques Universal, también olvido pedírselo, asumo mi parte de culpa. Comento con el recepcionista que estoy muy cansada y que mañana vuelvo a España, y que es un viaje muy largo. Cuando yo me subo a mi habitación es EVIDENTE que la persona de la recepción se tiene que dar cuenta de que tiene el pasaporte de un cliente. Esa tarde/noche paso TRES veces por la recepción. Nadie recuerda dármelo. Por la mañana, paso otras dos, incluso me despido. Nadie me da mi pasaporte. Y me doy cuenta cuando llego al aeropuerto que no lo tengo. Desde el aeropuerto llamo por teléfono 8 veces. Lo cogen a la novena. No quieren asumir ningún coste de taxi ni de ida ni de vuelta. Cogí en avión a falta de 2 minutos. A saber lo que habrán hecho con mi pasaporte 14 horas... Reclamaré ante todas las instancias que pueda. Y difundiré mi experiencia por todos los lugares que se me ocurran. SINVERGÜENZAS Y ANTIHIGIÉNICOS.
