They gave me the option to upgrade my room for 20 € and it was great, 14th floor room with sea views and restored pool, the offer is on the 1st floor facing the street (I changed them because I had 2 teenage nephews and I wanted the best for them). The rest everything was great, varied buffet food every day and good quality, very central and next to the beach, it was a long time since I last traveled to Benidor and it is great atmosphere, clean
Me dieron la opción de mejora de habitación por 20 € y fenomenal piso 14 habitación vistas mar y piscina restaurada, la de la oferta es en el piso 1 a la calle( las cambie porque llevaba 2 sobrinos adolescentes y quieres lo mejor para ellos)Lo demás todo fenomenal comida bufé variado todos los días y de buena calidad, muy céntrico y al lado de la playa,hacía mucho que no viajaba a benidor y está fenomenal de ambiente, limpio
That in the buscounchollo offer we do not have directly the room change, so I do not value the room of the offer but I did not hear anyone complaining.to put a downside that you can not book parking (only on arrival 13 euros per day).
Que en la oferta de buscounchollo no tengamos directamente lo de cambio de la habitación,por eso no valoro la habitación de la oferta pero no escuche a nadie quejarse.Por poner una pega que no puedas reservar aparcamiento (solo al llegar 13 euros diarios)

It does not look like a 4 star hotel, the beds are spring beds, the TV is dwarf. The rooms are quite old and need to be renovated.

They take a lot of time to make your room, we arrived at 15 from the beach and they were doing it at that time. We always had to wait until they were done to get in. The buffet was decent, although with very little variety in the dinners. On the other hand, the breakfasts were incredible, some of the best scrambled eggs we have ever tasted.
Tardan un montón en hacerte la habitación, llegábamos a las 15 de la playa y la estaban haciendo en ese momento. Siempre teníamos que esperar a que terminasen para entrar. The location of the hotel, the staff and the food were excellent. The rooms were fine although some of them needed a little renovation. Comfortable beds. Very good housekeeping service.
Excelente la localización del hotel, su personal y la comida. Las habitaciones estaban bien aunque alguna necesitaba una reformilla. Camas cómodas. Muy buen servicio de limpieza.
Sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, it was solved by pouring some water. The gym was advertised but the machines were broken. There was smoking in the pool despite the presence of children.
A veces venía un poco mal olor del baño, se solucionaba echando un poco de agua. El gimnasio estaba publicitado pero las máquinas estaban rotas. Fumaban en la piscina a pesar de la presencia de niños/as.

The breakfasts and dinners are very good (half board). Variety and quality. The best thing is the show cooking. Evening entertainment on the terrace, although it ends early: 11 pm. Hotel located in the center, near the beach. Cleanliness of rooms correct. On Thursday for dinner Valencian paellas freshly made on the hotel terrace and served at the buffet. On Friday there was a gala dinner (with prawns). The orange juices at breakfast are good, the ?? ones I didn't like. Coffee maker and fridge in the room free of charge. Pool view, being a last minute offer. In general, everything was fine. The trip met expectations.
Los desayunos y las cenas muy bien (media pensión). Variedad y calidad. Lo mejor el show cooking. Animación por la noche en la terraza, aunque acaba pronto: 11 de la noche. Hotel situado en el centro, cerca de la playa. Limpieza de habitaciones correcta. El jueves para cenar paellas valencianas recién hechas en la terraza del hotel y puestas en el buffet. El viernes hubo cena de gala (con langostinos). Los zumos de naranja del desayuno están buenos, los ?? no me gustaron. Cafetera y neverita en la habitación sin cargo. Vistas a la piscina , siendo una oferta de última hora. En general, todo correcto. El viaje cumplió las expectativas.
The price of drinks in the dining room is a bit excessive. It is the same as on the terrace at night (I do not see it as normal). I don't think it's appropriate to call a paella with peppers and pork ribs Valencian. The real Valencian paella only has chicken and rabbit and of course, no peppers (it only tasted like peppers), but it was still good. But in the Comunidad Valenciana, this seems fatal to me..... Blue zone for parking all over the center and surroundings. Very difficult to find a place to park (even paying). Beaches, streets and almost everything very crowded at this time of the year. A bit overwhelming! Very hot sea water and too many people on the beach to put an umbrella and to bathe...
El precio de las bebidas en el comedor un poco excesivo. Es el mismo q en la terraza de noche (no lo veo normal). No me parece adecuado llamar Valenciana a una paella con pimientos y costillas de cerdo. La verdadera paella valenciana sólo lleva pollo y conejo y por supuesto, nada de pimiento (sólo sabía a pimiento), aún así estaba buena. Pero en la Comunidad Valenciana , esto me parece fatal..... Zona azul para aparcar en todo el centro y alrededores. Muy difícil encontrar sitio para aparcar (incluso pagando). Playas, calles y casi todo muy masificado en estas fechas. Un poco agobiante! Agua del mar muy caliente y demasiada gente en la playa para poner sombrilla y para bañarse..
