Hotel Augusta Club & Spa - Adults Only

The staff is very friendly, especially at the reception. Excellent and very fast cleaning. The food was of good quality. Not far from the center and the beach.

Everything about the room is terrible. Very old rooms with terrible soundproofing both from the hallway and from the street: I heard everything that was happening from the hallway very clearly and when someone entered another room, I woke up, thinking that they were entering mine. And I wouldn't flinch so much if there were sexy girls walking around there, and not 70+ MILFs. From the street side, it's just a nightmare: from about midnight to 6 am, garbage trucks arrive and load containers with glass into themselves. This is the best time for this. Even at home, I prefer to be hit on the head with a bottle after midnight. Football fields and stadiums are everywhere, where they play even at night. I didn't sleep for several days, then I bought earplugs. This also helps against firecrackers. The room itself is dilapidated. There are holes in the walls that are hastily patched up. The transparent glass door to the toilet does not provide any privacy or sound insulation. pOOOOOOOOOOPS. The beds are very short (about 1.5 m long), it is impossible to straighten your legs, they are always hanging in the air. Perhaps these beds were taken from the "children only" hotel. Very narrow passages - when entering the room, it is impossible for two people to take off their shoes, first you need to walk one after the other inside. The same near the bed. The photos of the rooms are very embellished and are not true. The front door is locked with a key, this is not an electronic card. The view from the room is terrible - onto the old roof of some building, littered with garbage. Only the cats on that roof entertained me in the evenings. The toilet button sticks. Many light bulbs burned out in 1967. The water changes temperature from cold to hot on its own. You can burn yourself. Perhaps this is something about "SPA". Be careful with the elevator. When I was in the elevator and the doors started to close, another woman tried to get in and her hand and, I think, her face were pinned. I kept pressing the door open button the whole time, and it didn't help. Minus one pensioner. By the way, on the -1 floor they have an installation for cloning old people. Someone break it if possible. Oh yeah, the coffee in this hotel is the worst I've ever tried. Regarding the "adults only" label: this is not a youth hotel! This is a hotel for pensioners. While there, I gradually aged myself, and now I'm writing this grumbling review. Jokes aside: when choosing a hotel, the most important thing for me is comfort and my sleep in the room (the rest of the time I'm unlikely to be in the hotel). And in the case of this hotel, it's a 1 out of 10. Unfortunately, neither the good food nor the staff saved my sleep.

El trato del personal

Habitación pequeña, habia que pasar de lado de un sitio a otro de la habitación,paredes de Pladur que se oia todo, ir con tapones si queréis dormir. Cama incómoda.

El spa

La atención del personal,la limpieza y la diversidad en la restauración .Las señoras de la limpieza fueron muy atentas,educadas y eficientes.

Habilitar los baños en el lobby (planta baja -piscina). La habitación en realidad era doble de uso individual. El servicio de grill en el comedor podría mejorarse.

Hotel renovado,muy tranquilo,solo para adultos,servicio excelente, comida muy bien, amabilidad por todo el personal, muy limpio. Lo recomiendo.por la noche música y baile con dijey. Calidad precio, excelente, repetiremos en este hotel, hemos quedado muy contentos. Es el primer hotel con bufet,que el pescado estaba muy bueno.

La comida está espectacular. Seo he recomendado a mis amistades.

El personal es muy amable y las intalaciones del hotel no estan mal y remarcar que la comida nos ha sorprendido positivamente.

Las habitaciones son muy justas y poco modernas. El gimnasio es muy justo y pequeño. Las clases de yoga se quedaron llenas super rápido y no pudimos ir, los horarios tampoco son muy apetecibles porque se rompia la mañana. La localización del hotel no esta mal, pero dificil de aparcar sin pagar un dineral, y esta muy cerca de la zona deportiva y si hay competiciones el ruido es horroroso durante todo el día y le juega una mala pasada a la terraza del hotel porque es menos apetecible estar.

La atención de la recepción y de los camareros/as muy buena. Las clases de yoga muy bien.

El desayuno muy justo poca variedad y calidad. La cena algo mejor el último día mejor que los dos primeros. La ubicación horrible la zona y delante de un campo de fútbol con mucho ruido. La habitación muy antigua nada que ver con la que salía en las fotos de la oferta. El spa de pago. En general la relación calidad precio muy baja.

Quizás el spa deja un poco que desear. En el restaurante,mesas demasiado juntas para mi gusto. El precio del parking muy elevado

La atención del personal muy correcta. Todo muy limpio y la comida nos sorprendió para bien! Muy acertado las clases de yoga y el spa pequeño pero muy bonito. Camas comodas.

Nos ha gustado mucho la comida.

El parking es demasiado caro. Falta un poco de limpieza en general y modernizacion de las instalaciones.

El hotel está bastante bien,aunque éramos 3 personas y la habitación era para 2 y estábamos muy estrechas,no podíamos ni movernos y además,con bañera y no ducha

Si que si es una habitación para 3 personas,sea más amplia y los baños con ducha en vez de bañera, gracias

Se destaca por tener clases de yoga y wellnes incluido, pero cuando llegamos al hospedaje estaban todas las plazas de todos los eventos por los siguientes cinco días llenos. Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha TODO. La cena bastante regular, el desayuno bien. Habitaciones viejas, exterior nuevo.

Personal e instalaciones muy bien

La habitación asignada muy decepcionante y la insonorización inexistente.

Poca variedad en el buffet y parking muy caro 30 euros por día

Las comidas y el personal del comedor correctos y muy eficientes, faltaba un poco más de amabilidad en recepción, ya que había poca empatía con el cliente. Desayunos de fin de semana hasta las 11hrs, un gran acierto.
