This apartment complex is located only 150 meters from the beach and about 200 of the park. At 100 meters you can find shops, 200 meters bars, restaurants and nightclubs and 50 public transport. The nearest resort is three kilometers away and Malaga airport at an approximate distance of 12 kilometers. Renovated in 2005, it has a total of 59 apartments spread over six floors. In the lobby you will find a lift and a reception open 24 hours with a safe, currency exchange and a cloakroom. Additional facilities include a café, bar and high chairs for the little ones. The comfortable apartments come with a living-bedroom, bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite or cable, kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning (individually regulated), a separate bedroom and a hire safe.
