Easy to find and a fantastic hotel layout, including the ability to park outside briefly for unloading and loading.
The rooms were great and kept at a comfortable temperature, not too hot or too cold. Room had a small fridge which was great, we took our own kettle and we knew they didn't supply one.
We stayed half board and the food was very good. Great choice every day.
The bar area is a fantastic little find, great choice of drinks with a pool table, football table and a darts machine (the plastic version) plus a sega rally game.
All staff — from reception to restaurant, bar, and cleaning staff — were friendly, polite, and happy to have a little conversation and a giggle, which really made the stay feel warm and welcoming.
Although the hotel parking is quite expensive, we found a good alternative by parking elsewhere in Arinsal and using the L5 bus for €1.90 each way, which worked very well.
As for the skiing area. Very good!
We all had group lessons and again the tutors of the ski / snowboarding schools were fantastic and friendly.
Over all, it was a shame to finally leave.
Will definitely return.
There was a little dust under the beds, but it was a very minor issue and didn’t affect our stay.

Close to gondola ski lift. Hotel was very clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff.
Town is a little bit quiet for my taste. Which other may enjoy.
1st floor room above the main entrance on a busy road. But wouldn’t put me off booking again.

Breakfast the same during whole stay, will be better if sometimes will be changes . Also for 4 stars hotel at breakfast can be fruit salat, jogurt, porridge or smoked salmon . Swimming pool for extra fee ,,

We enjoy the bar as its the only comfortable communal area avaiulable in the hotel (the lobby is heavily transited and the doors open directly onto the street so rushes of cold air are constant
that the bar shuts at midnight. I will add an exception was made for us, which was extremely kind, but i feel that this should be policy, as it used to be when we first visited.

Great breakfast, a lot of choice and good coffee
Extra charge to enter the spa area that in my opinion should be included. And not relaxing as full of kids. Would be good if they had family hours / adults only hours.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the cable car station. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The only but, would be the Wifi which is slow.
The parking is a little difficult to enter if you have a big car

Great hotel with spacious rooms at 50m form the cable car station with a lot of snow renting gears in the area. the hotel provide -10€ discount vouchers to rent the gears.
The hotel proposes a very decent buffet for breakfast and dinner.
