Location near the beach and area of restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. Spacious room and bathroom. Correct cleaning. Varied and good food. Correct staff attention.
Ubicación cerca de la playa y de zona de restaurantes, supermercados y ocio. Habitación y baño amplios. Limpieza correcta. Comida variada y buena. Atención del personal correcta.
The air conditioning did not work. It was communicated to the reception and to the second claim they told us that it was a failure of a general plate and that it would be fixed in a few days. We had to sleep with the window open and there was noise from the street. We couldn't rest well.
No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Se comunicó en recepción y a la segunda reclamación nos indicaron que era un fallo de una placa general y que sería arreglado en unos días. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y había ruido en la calle. No pudimos descansar bien.

The food was all very tasty and they had good schedules for Spaniards, in other hotels the meal schedules are only adapted to foreigners.
La comida estaba toda muy rica y tenían buenos horarios para los españoles, en otros hoteles los horarios de las comidas solo se adaptan a los extranjeros
They came by every day to clean the rooms, but very much on top of it.
Pasaban todos los días a limpiar las habitaciones pero muy por encima.

A hotel exclusively for foreign staff. The food was not very varied and very repetitive. The reception service was terrible. The wifi is non-existent. The animation poor and intended only for foreign tourists, the Spaniards just do not look at the face.
Un hotel destinado exclusivamente a personal extranjero. La comida poca variedad y muy repetida. El servicio de recepción pésimo. El wifi inexistente. La animación pobre y destinada solo al turista extranjero, a los españoles apenas no miran a la cara .

everything is perfect. from check out to our departure to the airport we were able to enjoy all the facilities without any problem. plus a courtesy shower before leaving. Entertainers, food, miniclub...everything is excellent.

The staff was very nice, the poor people were tired of telling people to put their masks on even though they ignored them, the cleanliness of the rooms was very good, the room was spacious, the food was normal, there was enough variety.
El personal muy agradable, los pobres estaban cansados de decirle a la gente que se pusiera la mascarilla aunque no les hicieran caso, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy bien, habitación espaciosa, la comida era normal, había bastante variedad.
They didn't have non-alcoholic beer, which for someone who didn't drink alcohol reduced the possibilities to soft drinks only.
No tenían cerveza sin alcohol, lo cual para alguien que no tomaba alcohol le reducía las posibilidades solo a refrescos.

The hotel was renovated not long ago. The staff is very friendly.
El hotel está reformado no hace mucho. El personal muy amable.
There is no refrigerator in the rooms. The dining room staff begins to remove food half an hour before closing time and some items are no longer replenished. There are only two elevators, making it difficult to get a free one at rush hour.
No hay nevera en las habitaciones. El personal del comedor empieza a retirar comida media hora antes de cerrar y algunas cosas ya no las reponen. Solo hay dos ascensores, con lo que a las horas punta es complicado conseguir uno libre.

Value for money. Distance to the coves.
Relación calidad-precio. Distancia a las calas.
The safety distance and other covid measures were not respected by the guests and not by the hotel. The beds are not very comfortable.
No se respetaba la distancia de seguridad ni el resto de medidas covid por parte de los huespedes no del hotel. Las camas son poco cómodas.
