Good afternoon. In my case this booking was a birthday gift. The reception staff allowed us to enter the apartment early, they told us that as soon as they cleaned it, they would let us in. The issue was upon entering it, the cleanliness itself did not exist. The floor was dirty, with stains (you can see that it was not swept well and that the mop was only shown to the floor. The sofa had a sheet on top, to hide how dirty the upholstery was, although the sheet also had stains). The furniture also had dust, and some of the bed sheets also had stains. We decided to wait a little, but when we went to the buffet at lunch time things didn't improve either. Two large bowls with dried couscous, one with broccoli and little else. The truth is that just with the sight, if you were hungry, your appetite would go away. We decided to collect our things and return the key to the reception and leave. One last note, when I mention the situation to the reception staff they tell me that: I should have said it before the girl was there and they would have told her to go clean. To which I responded that not only was the floor dirty, but the furniture itself had old dirt, for example the sofa. I have photos and I could send them to you because the truth is... Shameful. So as not to repeat it in dreams or nightmares.
Buenas tardes. En mi caso esta reserva fue un regalo de cumpleaños. El personal de recepción, nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora al apartamento, nos dijeron que desde que lo limpiaran, nos dejarían entrar. El asunto fue al entrar en el mismo, la limpieza en sí no existía. El suelo sucio, con piscos (se ve que no se barrió bien y que la fregona solo se la enseñaron al suelo) El sofá tenía una sabana encima, para ocultar lo sucio que estaba el tapizado, aunque la sábana también tenía manchas). El mobiliario también tenía polvo, y alguna de las sábanas de las camas también tenían manchas. Decidimos esperar un poco, pero al acudir a la hora del almuerzo al 'buffet' la cosa tampoco mejoró. Dos grandes cuencos con cuscus seco, uno con brócoli y poca cosa más. La verdad que sólo con la vista, si tenías hambre, se te quitaba el apetito. Decidimos recoger nuestras cosas y devolver la llave en la recepción y marcharnos. Un último apunte, cuando comento la situación al personal de recepción me dicen que: lo tenía que haber dicho antes que estaba la chica y le hubieran dicho que fuese a limpiar. A lo que yo respondí que ya no era solo sucio el suelo, sino que el propio mobiliario, tenía suciedad vieja, por ejemplo el sofá. Tengo fotos y podría enviárselas porque la verdad que es... De vergüenza. Para no repetir ni en sueños ni en pesadillas.

* There was no fan while in the beach bungalow being cheaper if there is * Cleaning never happens. You have to tell them that you want cleaning service When I got to my apartment it was dirty. I had to wait two hours for them to clean it * They put the towels on top of the hammocks so they don't take them off. Sometimes we didn't have sunbeds to ourselves.

Cuando llegue a mi apartamento estaba sucio. Tuve q esperar dos horas a que me lo limpiaran
*Ponen las toallas encima de las hamacas para que no se las quiten. A veces no teníamos hamacas para nosotros.

The food is good, value for money. Staff of kitchen and restaurant are very friendly and helpfull.
No cleaning or changing towels in a week. Only had 1 towel for one person a week; you also have to take this one with you to the pool. Even toilet paper, 2 rolls for a week, we have to ask for more.

A nice complex with swimming pools and very large, normal apartments and comfortable beds

The quiet area, the pool area good, the pool was cleaned every day.
La zona tranquila, la zona de piscina bueno, limpiaban todos los días la piscina.
Lack of air conditioning in the apartments. It got too hot. And you couldn't sleep comfortably.
Falta de aire acondicionado en los apartamentos. Se calentaba demasiado. Y no se podía dormir a gusto.
