About the accommodation

Establishment located in the center-south of the island, 8 km to Alaior, 20 km to Maó and the airport, 30 km to Ciutadella.The Villas are in front of Dunar beach in Son Bou and separated from the shore by the wet area protected by the biosphere reserve called "Es Prat". Access to the beach is less than 1 km. They have been renovated in 2013 consist of 43 units built on one floor, distributed in blocks of 4 or 5 units . All villas have sea views and a private terrace on the ground floor surrounding the large pool and interior gardens.
