We really like the receptionist who was very accomodating and was one of the few people that spoke English well enough to communicate. The spa was also very good and our room was pleasantly spacious!
Althoufmgh the food was really good, albeit sometimes too little, the restaurant staff couldn't speak any English, which made communicating very difficult.

The staff at the reception should not work in the service industry. In general the hotel does not have enough employees to provide a good service. The rooms need renovation and are dusty and there is mold in the bathrooms, the food looks good but is actually just microwaved and sometimes cold just to name few of the complains... it is not a 4 star hotel...

I always go to this hotel because of its proximity to Ordino and I'm comfortable here.

There was no children's menu, and one day when we asked for a bland diet (soup and grilled chicken) because we were feeling unwell, they wanted to charge us extra. Also, there's a lack of play equipment for children if the weather is bad and you can't leave the hotel.

Overall, the hotel was very good. Easy to get to, free car park, and just 10 minutes from the Ordino ski resort. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We used the spa several times. It was small but adequate. The massages were also highly recommended. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the set menu dinner was excellent in terms of variety, quantity, and quality.
El hotel en general muy bien. Fácil de llegar, parking gratuito, a 10 minutos de la estación de esquí de Ordino…además, el personal muy amable y dispuestos en todo momento. Hotel limpios y habitaciones espaciosas. Utilizamos varios días el spa. Pequeño pero correcto. Los masajes también muy recomendables. El desayuno buffet estaba muy bien y la cena tipo menú muy correcta en variedad, cantidad y calidad.

The hotel is very close to the slopes and in a very quiet area, with easy car park. The set menu dinners are varied and very good, with gluten-free options always available. The staff is very friendly. We've stayed here before, and it's always been great.
