En la oferta se comenta que tiene parking, pero no es cierto.. Hay un parking a unos 300m, y no es nada barato, pero es la única opción para aparcar en esa zona, si calculas, nos dejamos 30€ de parking por 2 noches.. Ese es el punto negativo que le veo únicamente.

No tiene habitaciones. Son 2 camas colocadas en el pasillo y un sofa cama muy incomodo.
Tienes que subir un monton de escaleras para llegar hasta el apartamento, no hay parking gratuito y el privado esta a 300 metros del apartamento.
No tiene horno y el equipamiento de la cocina es muy escaso y esta viejo. Igual que el apartamento en si, muy viejo.
Deposito para ducha son 100 litros y tarda 2 horas en recuperar el agua. Imposible ducharse 4 personas a la vez.

1. Esquiades nunca nos mandó previamente ningun email para hacer pre checking, ni tampoco las instrucciones de llegada. Cuando llegamos alli no habia nadie en recepción, menos mal que yo habia comprado tarjeta esim y tenia internet, me tuve que comunicar con el personal por whatsapp y enviarles en ese momento todas las fotos de dnis (12) y pagar las tasas turísticas. Además enviaban la info por cuentagotas.
2. El colchón del sofa cama bastante incomodo
3. El agua caliente dura 15 minutos en una habitación de 3-4 personas y se recarga ga a las 2 horas, bastante escaso para tanta gente

The apartments are very well equipped, they are warm for the winter season and they are close to the slopes. The wifi works well and the access is as indicated in the advert; difficult, but it is what it is.
Los pisos están muy bien equipados, son calientes para la época de invierno y están cerca de las pistas. El wifi funciona bien y el acceso es el indicado en el anuncio; difícil, pero es el que es.
Check-in is a bit of an "escape room": if you arrive and there is no one at reception, you either have to wait or you have to give your card details via WhatsApp so they can give you the codes for the box with the keys, when you are at the (closed) reception door with all your suitcases. I don't think it will be that much of a problem for them to open the apartment for you so you can unload and, once reception opens again, go on to pay the tourist tax and the deposit.
El checkin es un poco "scape-room": si llegas y no hay nadie en recepción, o te esperas o te toca dar por whatsapp los datos de tu tarjeta para que te den las claves del cajetín con las llaves, cuando estás con todas las maletas en la puerta (cerrada) de recepción. No creo que les sea tanto problema abrirte el apartamento para que puedas descargar y una vez que abra de nuevo recepción, pasar a abonar las tasas turísticas y la fianza.

Apartment in a very quiet area, very well equipped and close to the slopes. The reception guy was very friendly.
Apartamento en una zona muy tranquila, muy bien equipado y cerca de pistas. El chico de recepción muy amable.
There are many stairs to get to the apartment and you have to pay for car park. There is a blue zone during the day and at night it is only for members (they put a stop) so you have to park in the car park (1 hour free and 6€ from 8pm to 8am, each 15-minute fraction costs 0.50€ although with a pass there is a 50% discount and it can only be used once per day).
Muchas escaleras para llegar hasta el apartamento y que se ha de pagar aparcamiento. Zona azul de día de pago y de noche solo para abonados (ponen cepo) así que es obligado aparcar en el párquing (1a hora gratis y 6€ de 20h-8h, cada fracción de 15' cuesta 0'50€ aunque con forfait hay 50% de descuento y solo se puede utilizar 1 vez por día).

A spacious, clean apartment with good heating and very well equipped. 3 minutes by car from the ski slopes car park lot. We were very comfortable. Good value for money.

You have to climb 75 fairly steep stairs (I counted them) to get to the apartments, which are very difficult if you are carrying suitcases and bags of food. You have to pay for car park, which is about 500 metres away (about €10 a night). If you leave it on the street and you don't have an Andorran licence plate, they will block you. There is the option of car park it in the slopes car park for free, but you will have to walk about 15 minutes uphill.
Hay que subir 75 escaleras (las conté) bastante empinadas para llegar a los apartamentos que se hacen muy pesadas si vas cargado con maletas y bolsas de comida. Hay que pagar parking SI o SI que está a unos 500 metros (unos 10€ la noche). Si lo dejas en la calle y no tienes matrícula andorrana te ponen el cepo. Hay la opción de aparcarlo en el parking de pistas gratis pero tendrás que andar unos 15 minutos cuesta arriba.
