Clean room, decent size, two large beds, fridge, plenty of wardrobe space. Nice bathroom with excellent shower, soap, shower gel, shampoo dispensers, nice touch of cute little silver bags containing tissues, comb, shower cap. Hairdryer. Room cleaned daily with new sheets & towels on most days.
Good selection of nice food at meals. Something for all tastes, including meat, fish, pasta, pizza, lots of salad, fresh fruit, desserts. Nice touches of various different breads, oils, condiments etc. All inclusive drinks seem very generous including bottle of wine at dinner (rather than help yourself dispensers as we have seen at other AI hotels). Snacks & ice creams also available all day.
Plenty of sunbeds around the large circular outdoor pool. There is also a children's pool & splash area. Indoor pool & jacuzzis look really nice - like a spa - but we didn’t use them.
There needs to be either a kettle or hot water dispenser for breakfast as the hot drinks machines are very, very slow. I know that coffee needs to be brewed, but if you are just waiting for hot water for tea it is ridiculous. Also causes queues of people which is annoying and also a safety hazard. Teapots would also be nice for us tea drinkers!
No availability of tea/coffee in the dining room at lunch or dinner, so can't have a hot drink to follow your meal unless you go upstairs to get one from the bar where it is served in a paper cup. Not sure why they can't have the hot drinks machines on like at breakfast or serve at the bar in cups and saucers. The paper cups are single use, as are the plastic cups that other drinks are served in - not very environmentally friendly. There is no need for the main inside bar to serve drinks in plastic cups (although I appreciate that the pool bar needs to for safety reasons). One or two of the bar staff were rather off hand and not very helpful, whilst others were just the opposite. I think it would be helpful to have a full list of the drinks and snacks that are available on all inclusive displayed prominently on each bar so that people know - otherwise you are guessing or having to ask the staff which wastes a lot of everyone's time.
Daytime entertainment seemed to be limited to only pool volleyball or bingo. There were a couple of evenings with reasonable entertainment (and I think a disco for the children) but there is no actual "lounge" to sit and relax in, only the bar area which is a bit like a canteen with plastic/metal tables and chairs. The area with pool tables does have a few more comfy chairs but the bar in there is closed in the evenings.

The truth is this is my third time here, and I'm delighted with the hotel and the amazing team that makes it up. Tom, Carlos, Gina, Sergio, Ari, and Noe. And of course, Elena, the amazing receptionist, was so thoughtful of my daughter. We'll definitely be back. Big hugs to the whole team.

La atención de todo el personal ha sido una grata experiencia, todo el personal ha sido atento y con disposición a ayudar en todo momento, con iniciativa y muy buena actitud, para mí en especial Elena de recepción que nos solucionó un problema con la reserva en el momento y los dos metres del restaurante, muy atentos sobre todo con el niño, en cuanto a la limpieza, siempre había alguien limpiando baños y zonas comunes y en cuanto a la habitación no puedo tener queja, buena ubicación cerca de la playa y cerca de la zona de tiendas ...se puede ir andando perfectamente, además relacion calidad precio 10, totalmente recomendable.
