The hotel is very nice, it has very new facilities, but this season there was no entertainment for children. The pools are amazing but we couldn't use them. Being able to enter Terra Mítica for free saved us on Friday.
El hotel es muy bonito, tiene unas instalaciones muy nuevas, pero en esta temporada no habia animación para los niños. Las piscinas son una pasada pero no pudimos hacer uso de ellas. El poder entrar al Terra mítica de manera gratuita, nos salvo el viernes.
The room we were given, the **whirlpool** doesn't work and I couldn't even plug in the air conditioning at night, I was very hot and couldn't rest well. Also, the hotel coincided with a convention and was very crowded, with long waiting times for any service we wanted. The **buffet** has significantly decreased in quality compared to a few years ago.
La habitación que nos dieron, no funciona el hidromasaje y el aire acondicionado por la noche tampoco pude enchufarlo, pasé muchísimo calor y no pude descansar bien. Además el hotel coincidimos con una convención y estaba muy lleno, teniendo mucho tiempo de espera para cualquier servicio que quisiéramos. El buffet ha bajado la calidad bastante respecto a hace unos años.

If you want to enjoy, you have to stay in superior or premium. The standard one is super uncomfortable.

Standard rooms I would not recommend. We had to switch to a superior one to be able to rest, and we were not the only ones who couldn't sleep because of how uncomfortable the bed is. For being a 4-star superior, it lacks details. What it really offers are the included parks (although in our case, Terra Mítica was closed).

I wish more stars could be given because the accommodation deserves it, a dream place, staying in the villas was the best decision, the hotel looks beautiful but the experience in the villas was a luxury with your own pool, every night we had dinner on the terrace enjoying the illuminated Benidorm skyline. We went on Friday as soon as we arrived at Mundomar, the dolphin show was one of the best I have seen and I have already seen 6 different ones, Terra Mítica can be seen in one day although we took it easy and since you can enter another day we visited it better in two.
Ojalá se pudieran poner más estrellas porque el alojamiento lo merece, un lugar de ensueño, las villas ha sido la mejor decisión, el hotel se ve precioso pero la experiencia en las villas ha sido un lujo con tu piscina propia, todas las noches hemos cenado en la terraza disfrutando el skyline de Benidorm iluminado. Fuimos el viernes nada más llegar a mundomar, espectáculo de delfines de los mejores que he visto y han sido ya 6 diferentes, Terra mítica se ve en un día aunque fuimos tranquilos y como puedes entrar otro día lo visitamos mejor en dos

The main pool where they give out towels, the sunbed area had many cigarette butts on the ground, food leftovers, towels thrown in corners. Quite dirty and they were not from that day, it was clear they had been there for days. We liked the hotel area more than the villas.

We have loved everything, the hotel is wonderful, the staff super friendly, the food delicious and the variety impressive. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The pools are super nice, children's entertainment and everything great.
