The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the area is very quiet and is appreciated for those of us who travel as a family, the pools are quite good, the restaurant workers are very nice and attentive, the best a 10, always with a good face
Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables ,,,,la zona es muy tranquila y se agradece para los q viajamos en familia ,,,las piscinas están bastante bien,los trabajadores del restaurante muy majos y atentos de lo mejor un 10 siempre con buena cara
Well, the entertainment leaves a lot to be desired and it's not because they did it wrong, it's because of a lack of staff so it's very limited,,,, the last few days it was a bit out of control as they closed the hotel on 09/17 and they didn't care if there were swimming pools when they wanted and they always closed before time and cafeteria more of the same, it was supposed to be open until 11:30 at night and if you asked for something at 11:15 they told you that it was no longer possible that they were going to close,, ,,I think it was all due to carelessness because it was the last week that the hotel was open but it is not the customers' fault, my money is worth the same as the one that was in August, we felt as if they were making us out,,,,last year we were there in the same hotel and it was better, I hope they rectify it because if not they will lose customers, for now next year we will not return
Bueno la animación deja mucho q desear y no es por q lo hicieran mal es por falta de personal entonces es muy limitada ,,,,los últimos días fue un poco descontrol como cerraban el hotel el día 17 /09 ya les daba igual habrían las piscinas cuando querian y siempre cerraban antes de hora y cafeteria más de lo mismo se supone q estaba abierta hasta la 11:30 de la noche y si te pedías algo alas 11:15 te decían q ya no se podía q van a cerrar,,,,creo q todo era debido a dejadez por ser la última semana q estaba abierto el hotel pero los clientes no tenemos culpa mi dinero vale lo mismo q el q fue en agosto sentíamos como si nos estuvieran hechando ,,,,el año pasado estuvimos en el mismo hotel y fue mejor espero rectifiquen por q si no perdaran clientes ,,,,de momento el próximo año no volveremos

The dining room was chaos, the organization and many lines for everything. The bar had little staff and some days staff who did not occupy that position and did not know where anything was and you had to wait in line to be served. Horrible cleaning, they haven't cleaned in 5 days and they haven't even changed the towels. I think that for a 4* the services are not of that quality.
El comedor un caos la organización y muchas colas para todo.
El bar poco personal y algún día personal que no ocupaban ese puesto y no sabían dónde estaba nada y había que hacer mucha cola para que te sirvieran.
Limpieza horrible, no han limpiado en 5 días y no han cambiado ni las toallas.
Yo creo que para ser un 4* los servicios no son de esa calidad.

Everything is positive. Cleanliness, entertainment, pools and Water Slides great. Very well located, next to the beach and close to services. Next year we will return.
Todo es positivo. Limpieza, animación, las piscinas y toboganes genial. Muy bien ubicado, al lado de la playa y cerca de servicios. El año que viene volveremos.
The supermarket in the hotel is very very expensive but there is a Consum 4 minutes away by car.
El supermercado que hay en el hotel es muy muy caro pero a 4 minutos en coche hay un Consum.

The cleaning was terrible. The day we entered, the toilet bowl was sealed and when you opened it, it had shitty choreton, the common bathrooms were very dirty, main areas without air conditioning, in short, I wouldn't give it a 4 star that only has them on the façade hanging inside. Not even 2 stars. We spoke with the hotel director who responded to our complaints that they do not have staff and that at the price they charge, if not the hotel next door (Zinbali) is better but it was 30% more expensive than them, that is the response of a hotel director? Oh, I'll leave it now, you decide, we will not return nor will we recommend. I don't post photos because I don't let them post them, but I do have them.
La limpieza pésima el día que entramos estaba la taza del WC precintada y al abrir tenía el choreton de mierda,los baños comunes muy sucios zonas comunes sin aire acondicionado,en fin un 4 estrella que solo las lleva en la fachada colgadas dentro no le daría ni 2 estrellas.hablamos con el señor director del hotel el cual la respuesta a nuestras quejas fueron que no tiene personal y que al precio que ellos cobran que si no el hotel de al lado (zinbali) ese está mejor pero que era un 30% más caros que ellos,esa es la respuesta de un director de hotel? Ay lo dejo ahora vosotros decidís nosotros no volvemos ni recomendaremos. No pongo fotos porque no deja poner pero si que las tengo.

The apartments have a good terrace and the air conditioning worked very well, quite good pools.
Los apartamentos tienen una buena terraza y el aire acondicionado iba muy bien, piscinas bastante buenas.
Food with little variety and low quality, very poor cleaning, the jacuzzi with cold water and the sauna floor with broken wood that could hurt you.
Comida poco variada y baja calidad, la limpieza muy mala, el jacuzzi con agua fría y el suelo de la sauna con las maderas rotas que te podías hacer daño.
