A única coisa para mim negativa , é o TI , as refeições e as bebidas (brancas) para o preço que praticam deveriam ser de uma qualidade minimamente superior !

There was a lot of noise in the room I was assigned, from buses running their engines even at night, and other noises. The breakfast was a bit sparse and of poor quality. The room was very, very clean.

A great hotel with good facilities and a great location to enjoy the pool and beach.

The restaurant isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel, nor a 3-star one. The buffet has little variety and very low quality, with dishes lacking in flavor and no care. As for cleanliness, if someone comes by and you have the "do not disturb" sign up, they won't clean or make your bed in the afternoon—a very negative aspect of their service.
La restauración no está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas, ni de uno de 3. Poca variedad en el buffet y calidad muy baja, con platos con sabores neutros y sin ningún cariño. En cuanto a la limpieza como pasen y tengas puesto el cartel de no molestar ya por la tarde no limpian ni te hacen la cama, un detalle muy negativo en cuanto a su servicio.

Excellent stay. This is our second year in a row, and it won't be the last. The staff is very attentive and friendly, all of them. The rooms are very well-equipped and clean, the recreation areas are very cool, and the pools are very well-maintained and fun with the Water Slides. The entertainment team is the best, and they were superb with my daughter. Highly recommended for travelling with children. The buffet is very large and offers a wide variety of high-quality food. I recommend the all-inclusive option.
Excelente estancia, es el segundo año seguido que vamos y no será el último. Los trabajadores son muy atentos y amables, todos. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y limpias, las zonas de recreo muy chulas, piscinas muy cuidadas y divertidas con los toboganes. El equipo de animación es el mejor y con mi hija se han portado súper bien, muy recomendado para viajar con niños. Buffet muy grande y con mucha variedad de comida y de muy buena calidad. Recomiendo el todo incluido.

Good food, excellent location to relax, decent facilities, very good staff (except for one incident), there are not enough sun loungers when the hotel is full.

A waitress got all hot under the collar when I ordered a drink from the menu and she brought me another one. I asked her if there wasn't one to let me know, and if there was, the lady said it was the same one because she said so. Anyway, we went to rest and not waste time making complaints.
