The hosts were amazing! Very helpful and attentive, going the extra mile to help us. Really nice family atmosphere, when our New Year Eve's plans fell through Bas, Marian and Andre welcomed us to their celebration and made us feel as a part of the family. They also had the biggest firework display in the country! You can just see why people keep coming back, thank you very much guys!

Good accommodation, the main bedroom was spacious and had an en-suite bathroom. The dining room was a good size for 4 people. The kitchen was equipped for up to 6 people with a capsule coffee machine, microwave, and oven. Everything was fine.

Excellent location, 15 minutes from Ordino train station, with car park right outside. Spacious and very well-equipped apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some of the sheets were dirty and the pans were quite deteriorated.

I really liked the facilities and the stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the mattress was very hard and the springs dug into you, I didn't rest very well.

Everything was in good condition, service was excellent, cleanliness was good, the room and bathroom were spacious. Complete with kitchenware. Wi-Fi reached the room well. Car Park was excellent and there was no charge for car park.
Todo en buen estado, buena atención, buena limpieza, habitación y baño amplios. Menaje completo. El wifi llegaba ampliamente a la habitación. Se aparca muy bien y no es xona de pago.
Esquiades.com indicates check-in between 5 and 9 p.m., and during the week it's at least until 7 p.m. We arrived at 7:20 p.m. and no one was there. We called the numbers indicated without success, but in the end, we received help via WhatsApp from the reception of another accommodation, and we got the key. But we had to check in after 9 a.m. the next day, which also delayed our scheduled departure. They also indicate ski lockers is included, but they don't have it.
Indican en esquiades el checking entre las 17 y las 21 horas, y entre semana al menos es hasta las 19. Llegamos a las 19:20 y no había nadie. Llamamos a los teléfonos que indicaban sin éxito, al final nos atendieron por WhatsApp desde la recepción de otro alojamiento y conseguimos la llave. Pero el checking tuvimos que hacerlo a partir de las 9 del día siguiente, retrasándonos también la salida prevista. También indican guardaskis incluido y no disponen de ellos.
