The hotel has a good location and the rooms are clean
The French speaking woman in the reception said we didn't have dinner included in the booking, I asked her to double check and after one two minutes she said (not happy) that we had two nights included, I asked her to look again and she looked even unhappier when she had to agree that we had three nights included.
They also claimed we hadn't paid tourist tax when we checked out, I have always paid that at check-in at every trip to Andorra and am 99% sure I did at this trip as well, but I had no proof so I paid it again.. however I am 99% sure it was paid at check in.
The rooms had electricity problems, no plugs worked after they had been cleaned. The vacuum cleaner trigged the safety switches.
I will never stay at this hotel again.

In terms of value for money I'm very happy. The location is right next to the gondola. The beds were comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful. Always smiling. The rooms were cleaned every day. Good wi-fi. Ski room with locks.
The showers could be improved. Very weak stream, especially for warm water.
The water bottle wasn't replaced every day (or just disposed when empty) and the glasses were not replaced so they were dirty after one day.
The breakfast was ok. It had a lot of different types of food, and coffee. But I think it could be improved. Still fair for the price.
Can get noisy because insolation is not great. We were next to the elevator and could hear every conversation going on there, and people were not very considerate.

The staff were really helpful. Everything was always really clean and the rooms were really good for the price. The breakfast was really good and helped us get energy for the full ski day.
The rooms weren't quite soundproof or lightproof which can be a bit annoying for someone trying to relax after a day of skiing. The food (dinner) had some ups and downs but overall had enough variety for you to like at least one thing from the buffet.

Good value for money. Excellent location. Dinner at H Magic Ski is acceptable. Breakfast is not very varied but adequate for a 3-star hotel.

The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is only big enough for one person and is also tiny, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the area behind the bathroom door has never been cleaned. The worst thing of all is that there's a plague of tiny bugs everywhere, disgusting! I spoke to the receptionist who told me it's normal in hotels, and that she even has them at home! I've stayed in many hotels and never seen anything like this, this one is off the list for me! The breakfast is quite poor... I advise against staying at this accommodation if you don't want to bring a plague home with you!
os quartos são minúsculos, casa de banho so pode estar uma pessoa, tb minúscula, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, atras da porta da casa de banho nunca foi limpo.
o pior de tudo mesmo, é que há uma praga de bichos minúsculos que veio em todos o lado, nojento mesmo!! falei com a rececionista e onde me respondeu que é normal nos hotéis, e que ate em casa dela tem!!!! ja fiquei em muito hotel e nunca tinha visto nada assim, este para mim está riscado! o pequeno-almoço bastante fraco... aconcelho a não ficarem neste alojamento, se não querem trazer uma praga convosco!!!

The breakfast buffet is varied and very good, and the staff are very friendly. The location is perfect for walking straight from the hotel to the ski lift. The young receptionist who greeted us on arrival was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The ski lockers is convenient and well-located.

The room is very small and the wardrobe tiny; with all the luggage you need for skiing, it's not comfortable at all (it didn't match the pictures on the website, although we were told they were all the same). According to the reception staff, even if you select the double bed option, they don't receive the information and recommend you email the hotel directly to make the request. The other two receptionists were quite unpleasant.
