We arrived and couldn't use the pool (which bothered us since we chose this offer because the hotel at least had a pool), the breakfast was very disappointing, and thankfully we changed to a breakfast-only option at the last minute because the next day we were informed that there was no kitchen service due to hotel issues...
The service was mediocre, although the woman in the kitchen was lovely and the man who stayed at reception overnight was amazing, the rest of the staff, not good.

Llegamos y no se podía usar la piscina (cosa que nos molestó puesto que elegimos esta oferta porque el hotel al menos tenía piscina), el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear y menos mal que cambiamos a última hora el régimen y solo elegimos desayuno porque al día siguiente nos informaron que no había servicio de cocina por problemas del hotel…
El trato regulero, aunque la mujer de cocina fue un encanto y el hombre que se quedaba por las noches en recepción, increíble, el resto del personal, mal.

The first day the room was small for the 3 of us, there was a closet with two doors but one door was condemned, the TV didn't work, the dinner was lousy. With all this we complained to the hotel and they changed us to a family room. The dinner was much improved but with little variety. I knew it was a two star but I think they need to improve. Rooms, facilities and food.

What they don't tell you is that this "hotel" is a summer camp for teenagers. That means that you are hearing screaming and yelling 24 hours a day. The swimming pool is impossible to use, because they are playing with the balls. The lifeguard doesn't tell them anything, and she is also "moonlighting" at the beach bar. There is reggaeton music playing until late at night. In the end we had to use the hotel only for the essentials: eating and sleeping. For that, I would have taken a hostel, to be honest.... Hopefully this review will help the next guests to decide whether to stay there, knowing what they are really going to find.
Lo que no te cuentan es que este "hotel" es campamento de verano de adolescentes. Eso significa que estás oyendo gritos y vozarrones las 24 horas del dia. La piscina imposible utilizarla, porque están jugando a darse balonazos a lo bruto con las pelotas. La socorrista no les dice nada, e igualmente la tienen "pluriempleada" atendiendo el chiringuito. Hay música reggaeton sonando hasta alta horas de la noche. Al final hemos tenido que usar el hotel solo para lo imprescindible: comer y dormir. Para eso, habría cogido un hostal, la verdad... Ojalá esta reseña ayude a los siguientes huéspedes a decidir si se quedan allí, sabiendo lo que realmente van a encontrar.

We were given 2 rooms, one for 3 which was fine but the room for 2 adults lacked drawers where we could put our things and had no decoration (pictures, mirrors).

The food was delicious, the rooms very clean and the staff very nice especially a young girl on the night shift who explained everything very well and attended us very kindly.

The place..quiet and very well located to move to Vigo, the Cies etc.. The staff's treatment was very good, the pool very clean and the surroundings TMB.
El lugar..tranquilo y muy bien ubicado para moverte a Vigo, las Cies etc. El trato del personal muy bueno.La piscina muy limpita y los alrededores TMB.
We had half board...breakfast and dinner very little varied.(4 days we were there we had practically the same dinner because there was no variety).the breakfast is buffet style but the dinner was served by a waiter..they took a long time to serve you..almost 1 hour from the time you ordered until you had dinner. Another thing we didn't like was that the towels were not changed in the 4 days we were there...and TMB missed ok a little shelf in the shower to put the shampoo or gel.
Nosotros teníamos media pension.. desayuno y cena muy poco variada.(4 días q estuvimos cenamos prácticamente lo mismo al no tener variedad).el desayuno es tipo buffet pero la cena que te la servía un camarero..tardaban muchísimo en servirte..casi 1 hora desde q pedías hasta q cenas. Otra cosá q no nos gustó q las toallas no nos las cambiaron en los 4 días q estuvimos..y TMB hechamos de menos ok una repisita en la duçhá para poner el champú o gel.
