Upon arrival and throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a great view of the mountains and cozy beds. Room was plenty warm. The wifi was a bit unpredictable- but wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was well equipped - even had a big tub! Breakfast wasn't a nice continental - assorted meats, cheese, cereals, bread and croissants, coffee and juice. We went for skiing and the location was just a short walk to the Canillo station. Definitely recommend and definitely hope to return soon!!

It's well located, 200m from the gondola, but in Canillo, all car park is paid, although there's plenty of space. Add €10-12 per day for car park. If you're coming to ski, El Tarter is nearby and car park is free. Weigh the cost of driving every day versus paying for car park/blue zones. It has lockers for ski equipment. The staff are friendly.
Está bien ubicado a 200m del telecabina, pero en canillo cualquier zona para aparcar es de pago, eso si hay sitio de sobra. Sumar 10/12€ diarios de parking.
Si vienes a esquiar el tarter está cerca y el parking gratis. Valorar coger coche todos los días vs pago de parking/zona azul.
Tiene taquillas para el equipo de esquí.
Buen trato del personal.
Perhaps breakfast could be improved with a little more variety. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The room was excessively hot, even with the radiator turned off at night, although this is a matter of personal preference.
Quizás el desayuno podía mejorar con un poquito más de variedad.

Excellent service from all staff (receptionists and breakfast staff). The rooms are a decent size. Excellent location. The breakfast could be a bit more comprehensive.

The location is great, just 3 minutes from the cable car. The staff is impeccable and incredibly friendly. The rooms and bathrooms don't feel small at all.

Great location, varied breakfast; I had juice with toast and cold cuts and a little milk with a muffin, enough to get me through lunch without any problems. Excellent, and the staff were super attentive.

It was perfect for skiing: Located a short distance from the Canillo gondola, you can walk there in 3 minutes, no more. It's a modest hotel, but I slept well, without any disturbing noises. The room and bathroom were large, with a separate toilet and bathroom door. The cleanliness was adequate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which we all complained about, lacked a few hot dishes, like eggs with bacon... But you can make toast with cold cuts, porridge, fruit... basically, if you're hungry, it's because you want to be. I would definitely stay again!
A mí me ha resultado perfecto para esquiar: Ubicado a corta distancia del telecabina de Canillo, se puede ir andando en 3 minutos, no mas. Es un hotel modesto, pero en el que he descansado bien, sin ruidos perturbadores. Habitación y baño grandes, retrete separado del baño con puerta independiente. Limpieza correcta y personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno, que nos quejamos todos, falta algún plato caliente, tipo huevos/bacon...Pero te puedes hacer unas tostadas con embutido, un porridge, fruta...vamos, si pasas hambre es porque quieres....Repetiría sin dudar!
