About the accommodation

This hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the city center and the nearest metro station, making the apartments an ideal base for exploring the city. This aparthotel consists of a total of 25 spacious and fully equipped rooms, quiet and safe. The apartments are located in two separate buildings. (120 m distance between the 2 buildings) The apartments have independent kitchens and allow guests definitive independence during their stay. It has a safe, elevator and hairdressing salon. There is a restaurant nearby. The spacious rooms have a private bathroom with shower and all are equipped as standard. All rooms have a balcony or terrace. A deposit of EUR 20 is required upon arrival for keys. This will be returned once the keys are returned. For group reservations (3 apartments or 10 pax or more) a security deposit is required. NO STAGS GROUP ACCEPTED Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 dogs or cats at the same time. The dog cannot be more than 8 kg. We have to check the pets at the reception at check-in. The extra cleaning fee is 50 euros / stay. We have to ask for 150 euros of cash deposit. If there is no damage to the apartment, we will refund the deposit upon departure.
