3.7 Katy Travelled with couple Booked on Buscounchollo.com August 2020 Disappointing The environment is wonderful, the tranquility and the surrounding vegetation is spectacular, despite being close to the road, no noise is heard.

El entorno es maravilloso, la tranquilidad y la vegetación que rodea es espectacular, a pesar de estar cerca la carretera, no se escucha ningún ruido.

Cleanliness, nothing, they just make the bed. No change of sheets (they tell you once a week) or towels. Dinner is always the same menu to choose from, they could vary something, although everything is very well cooked, but in a week it becomes very monotonous always salad or vegetable soup first, second there are several fish and meat to choose...... but, as I say, all well cooked. As for breakfast, well, the blonde girl very friendly !!!! The cottages are very old-fashioned, the kitchen smells musty and they should invest in renovating them ... As for the TV channels, you can only see Portuguese, English and French channels.... I think this area has a lot of potential and, in particular, the accommodations, but they should be much more careful in cleaning and making improvements in both the furniture and the windows ..... As soon as we arrived at the house, we had to open everything to ventilate and not smell musty and closed.....yes, the two air conditioners were new, but with the opening of the windows and the terrace, and even the door, was enough to cool the house (an apartment for 4 people). Very good the train that takes you to the center of town for the little boat to bring you closer to the island, it is free for residents in the complex. It would have to improve several things.......but cleanliness, in these times, I think it is essential; although the Covid protocol was followed to the letter both in the bar and at meals.

Limpieza, nada, tan solo te hacen la cama. Ni cambio de sábanas (ya te dicen que una vez a la semana) ni tampoco las toallas. La cena es siempre el mismo menú a elegir, podrían variar algo, a pesar que está todo muy bien cocinado, pero en una semana se hace muy monótono siempre ensalada o sopa de legumbres de primero, de segundo hay varios pescados y carnes a elegir......pero, como digo, todo bien cocinando. En cuanto al desayuno, bien, la chica rubia muy amable!!!! Las casitas están muy anticuadas, la cocina huele a humedad y deberían invertir en reformarlas ... En cuanto a los canales de tv tan solo se ven los portugueses, un inglés y un francés.... Creo que tiene mucho potencial esa zona y, en concreto, los alojamientos, pero deberían esmerarse mucho más en la limpieza y en realizar mejoras tanto en el mobiliario como en los ventanales ..... En cuanto llegábamos a la casa, teníamos que abrir todo para ventilar y que no oliese a humedad y cerrado.....eso sí, los dos aparatos de aire acondicionado eran nuevos, pero con la apertura de las ventanas y la terraza, e incluso la puerta, era suficiente para refrescar la casa (un apartamento para 4 personas). Muy bien el tren que te lleva hasta el centro del pueblo para que el barquito te acerque a la isla, es gratis para los residentes en el complejo. Tendría que mejorar varias cosas.......pero la limpieza, en estos tiempos, creo que es fundamental; a pesar de que el protocolo Covid lo seguían a raja tabla tanto en el bar como en las comidas.
