not enough staff, it looks like 4 star hotel with 2-3staff? Definitely not 4 star, small spa and gym area, queues for coffee in the morning were awful, again not enough staff, lockers for ski equipment at very end of underground parking, shuttle service only until 17:00-17:30 so if for example lift is running late or you stop for a drink in Canillo... hmm then you will probably have to walk back to your hotel.Another thing shuttle runs from 9:00 am so if you planning to be just a little bit earlier than everybody else at the lift ... there’s no chance for that.

nice wee spa friendly guests - but hotel in the evening bit of a morgue.
Up the mountain no pavements and very difficult to walk back up in the dark - felt quite isolated. only pizza available in the evening. Also booked ski hire and first two shops wouldnt honour booking and so missed first hour of ski lesson trying to sort and find shop that would supply equioment.

Sauna not working, No option for decent dinner in the hotel or around. Closest dinner is a km away. The closest ski zone is mostly for kids, difficult to get to main ski zone of Grand Valira and difficult to go back. If there is a wind you may get stuck at another village and get back to hotel by road (bus, taxi?!?)

The rooms are like small apartments, but they offer plenty of space and amenities. The hotel also has a small spa, which is another plus.

The staff were incredibly helpful after our daughter had a medical issue. The hotel's location is excellent for skiing. The spa facilities are a unique and exclusive touch. We will definitely return.

Excellent value for money, the breakfast isn't very varied but it's very good, they have fried eggs, the wifi is perfect throughout the hotel, the room is spacious, the dry sauna is a delight and the staff are very attentive.
Muy buena relación calidad-precio, el desayuno no es muy variado pero está muy bien, tienen huevos fritos, el wifi perfecto por todo el hotel, la habitación amplia, la sauna seca una gozada y la atención del personal muy bien.
The truth is that it exceeded our expectations, but, to point out one area for improvement, in the last hour of breakfast you can find products that are sold out and no longer restocked, such as pastries, bacon, eggs...

A quiet hotel with spacious and clean rooms, each with a sitting and dining area. Guests can use a small kitchenette to eat in their room on occasion. The breakfast is very good and well-stocked. Free street car park is readily available (a rarity in Andorra). Free Wi-Fi is stable and has a good connection. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, especially considering the snowstorm we experienced. The cleaning staff does a great job.

Posibilidad de usar una pequeña kitchenette para comer en la habitación algún día.
Desayuno muy correcto y bien surtido.
Facilidad de aparcamiento gratuito en la calle (algo excepcional en Andorra).
Wifi gratuita estable y con buena conexión.
Personal amable y colaborador.
El hotel se ve cuidado y limpio, más teniendo en cuenta la tormenta de nieve que tuvimos. El personal de limpieza hace un gran trabajo.
If I had to find fault with anything, I'd suggest adding a second coffee machine. There's only one, and it's extremely slow, which causes a bit of a queue at breakfast. It would also be nice to have dinner options at the hotel, since its location away from town means you need a car for everything.
