The only positive thing I can highlight is the treatment of the staff. The day we were there, it was low season, but still, the buffet was super poor, a pasta salad, a fish and some spinach meatballs. I told them that my children didn't eat that, and I was surprised that they had a plate of potatoes, chicken tears and croquettes for them, that's the only good thing I've seen, well the facilities and so on, I agreed with what you pay, It is not a 5 star of course.
Lo único positivo que puedo destacar, es el trato del personal. El día que hemos estado, era temporada baja, pero aún así, el buffet super pobre,una ensalada de pasta, un pescado y unas albóndigas de espinacas. Les comenté que mis hijos eso no comían, y me sorprendió que para ellos les tenían un plato de patatas, lagrimita de pollo y croquetas, eso es lo único bueno que he visto, bueno las instalaciones y demás, acordé a lo que se paga, no es un 5 estrellas claro.
When they were preparing the buffet room for dinner, I realized, since my room was opposite, that they had prepared a birthday party. So far so good. When midnight arrived, what I complained about started, super loud music, I remember that my room was opposite, voices... All this with two less children, trying to sleep. My husband already went at 1:00 a.m. to ask for explanations, they told us that they also have celebrations and that the music will be on until 2:00 a.m. nothing! We will have to endure another hour, the surprise was that it was 3 in the morning and they were still going on, they did nothing about our complaint. Fatal on the part of the Hotel, so, sleepless night, neither us nor my children, they would have at least lowered the volume. Waiting for a response from the Hotel, for the claim I put in writing.
Cuando preparaban el salón de buffet para la cena, me di cuenta, ya que mi habitación estaba enfrente,q había preparado una fiesta de cumpleaños. Hasta ahí bien. Cuando llegó las 12 de la noche, empezó de lo que yo me quejo, música super alta, recuerdo que mi habitación estaba enfrente,voces... Todo esto con dos niños menos, intentando dormir. Ya fue mi marido a la 01.00 a pedir explicaciones, nos dicen, que también hacen celebraciones y que la música estará hasta las 02.00h. nada! Habrá que aguantar otra hora más, la sorpresa que eran las 3 de la mañana y aún seguían, no hicieron nada al respecto con nuestra queja. Fatal por parte del Hotel, asique, noche sin dormir, ni nosotros, ni mis hijos, que mínimo que hubieran bajado el volumen. Esperando respuesta del Hotel, por la reclamación que puse por escrito.

The rooms and facilities are great, what we liked the most since we were two families with children is that since the rooms were on the ground floor, the children could roam freely and it was great
Las habitaciones e instalaciones son geniales, lo que más nos gustó ya que fuimos dos familias con niños es que al estar las habitaciones en bajos los niños campaban a sus anchas y fue estupendo
What we liked least was the food from the buffet. I understand that they cannot provide the service of an all-inclusive hotel, but they could make the meals a little more, a lot of fried food, the terrible potato omelette, and the other dishes were not delicious, but good finally we ate almost all meals outside
Lo que menos nos gustó fue la comida del bufet entiendo que no pueden dar el servicio de un hotel todo incluido pero podrían elaborar un poco más las comidas, mucho fritoleo, la tortilla de patatas pésima, y los demás platos no estaban ricos, pero bueno finalmente hacíamos casi todas las comidas fuera

I can say that it has been disappointing and uncomfortable, never to be repeated. From the rooms which were conspicuous by their lack of cleanliness, to having to make the bed well because it had only been stretched. Without a fridge in the room where the hotel bar is closed, without any kind of resource to be able to buy a bottle of water, because there was not even a machine. Ending with a breakfast of bagged bread or food all packaged, with a set of dishes with cups or plates that are not very clean to be able to use them.
Puedo decir que ha sido decepcionante e incómoda, para nunca repetir. Desde las habitaciones las cuales brillaban por su ausencia de limpieza, hasta tener que hacer bien la cama porque solo había sido estirada. Sin nevera en la habitación donde el bar del hotel cerrado, sin ningún tipo de recurso para poder comprar una botella de agua, porque ni una máquina había. Finalizando por un desayuno de pan de bolsa o alimentos todos embasados, con una vajilla con tazas o platos no muy limpios para poder usarlos.

El hotel es correcto, las instalaciones agradables y está cerca de la playa y al centro del Puerto hay un paseo que se puede hacer perfectamente andando.
Quizás, lo que menos, la comida, era de lo más normal tirando para floja.

Rooms with their own garden, very basic and comfortable. Buffet breakfast also basic. Very quiet. It is in an area of pine forest, near one of the beaches of El Puerto. It has two free parking spaces inside the hotel.
Habitaciones con jardín propio, muy básicas y cómodas. Desayuno tipo buffet también básico. Mucha tranquilidad. Está en una zona de pinar, cerca de una de las playas de El Puerto. Tiene dos parking gratuitos dentro del hotel.
It is not close to the center and you need a car to go to the restaurant area.
No está cerca del centro y necesitas coche para desplazarte a la zona de restaurantes.

The room had damp in the bathroom, so it smelled quite musty. We took half board and the truth is that the food did not have a variety but besides that, what little there was was not very good either, so I will never return.
La habitación tenía humedades en el baño, por lo que olía bastante a humedad. Cogimos media pensión y la verdad que la comida no tenían variedad pero además de eso, lo poco que había tampoco estaba muy bueno, por lo que no volveré jamás.
