Hotel nuevo, limpio y bonito, personal excelente, desayuno variado y calidad.
Very few benefits for staying at the hotel. The express max could be per night and person, not a single ticket to be consumed in 2 days.

10 Andrea Travelled with family November 2021 The hotel staff has been very friendly and has resolved all the doubts we had. On the other hand, the buffet had everything.
El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable y ha resuelto todas las dudas que teníamos. Por otro lado el buffet tenía de todo.
Due to COVID and due to the management of all the guests, they had implemented somewhat short buffet hours (in my opinion), it does not give you time to enjoy the food.
Por tema COVID y por gestión de todos los huéspedes tenían implementados unos horarios de buffet un poco cortos (en mi gusto), no te da tiempo a disfrutar de la comida.

Pues la verdad es que agradecí la atención desde recepción, tuve que desplazarme a un centro de salud y me facilitaron ayuda…. Y sobre todo agradecí un pase pasa para los cuatro en algunas de las atracciones, que aproveche por el tiempo perdido en el médico

Cena y desayuno estupendo muy buen servicio y amabilidad todo súper bien!
The only bad thing is that the food has to be in the park, the menus are very bad, better to eat sandwiches in the bars at the entrance, cheaper and a little better.
Lo único malo que la comida tiene que ser en el parque los menus malisimos, mejor comer bocadillos en los bares de las entrada más económico y algo más buenos .para la próxima sabiéndolo interesa solo media pensión.
