The hotel is very good, all clean and not noisy. Although the windows cannot be opened, there is air conditioning and it is comfortable. Very spacious and comfortable bed and good breakfast. The pool is very nice. The spa is a bit basic but good. There is easy car park available for free or paid in the car park.

The hotel was beautiful, easy parking, very friendly staff. The breakfast food was amazing (not much quantity, but it had quality). The room was huge and so was the bathroom.

Overall the cleanliness of the hotel very good , very nice and the buffet style breakfast we loved it had a lot of variety.

I booked through this page, buscounchollo, the parking indicates that it costs 3.50 and when we got there we were told that it is 5 €. Here they do not specify that in the Turkish bath or spa it is mandatory to wear a hat and that it has a schedule. We arrived at 7 pm and indicated that we wanted to go to the Turkish bath and spa, the reception did not tell us that it was closing in an hour. When we arrived at the spa area and the Turkish bath they told us that it is mandatory to wear a hat, I did not have one. There it has a cost of 5 €, I refused to pay it since they had not informed us of the mandatory use. We went to complain to reception and they basically told us to make our own way and solve it ourselves as we had not booked with them. They washed their hands and gave us no solution. In the end we decided to go to the spa and give in to pay since we were only there for one night and wanted to relax. They tell us that in 20 minutes they are closing and so it was closed, we asked them to please let us in for 20 minutes and there was no one left, to which the person who is there tells us to pay the 5 € per hour and person. It does not yield and in the end we leave super disappointed with the treatment received and little empathy. No doubt we will not return. And buscounchollo did not give any solution either.

Aqui no especifican que en el baño turco o spa es obligatorio el uso de gorro y que tiene un horario. Llegamos a las 7 de la tarde e indicamos que queríamos ir al baño turco y al spa, en recepción no nos dijeron que en una hora cerraba. Cuando llegamos a la zona del spa y el baño turco nos dicen que es obligatorio el uso del gorro, yo no tenía. Allí tiene un coste de 5€, me negaba a pagarlo ya que no nos habían informado del uso obligatorio. Nos fuimos a quejar a recepción y nos dijeron básicamente que nos buscáramos la vida y lo solucionasemos nosotros ya que no habíamos reservado con ellos. Se lavaron las manos y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Al final decidimos ir al spa y ceder a pagar ya que solo estábamos una noche y queríamos relajarnos. Nos dicen que en 20 min ya cierran por lo que estaba cerrado, nosotros le pedimos por favor que para 20 min que quedaba y no había nadie nos dejasen entrar, a lo que la persona que está allí nos dice que paguemos los 5€ que cuesta la hora y persona. No cede y al final nos vamos super decepcionados con el trato recibido y la poca empatía. Sin duda no volveremos. Y buscounchollo tampoco dio ninguna solución.
