Todosierranevada Apartments Lower Zone (Several buildings)

It is a group of apartments and studios managed by the Todosierranevada real estate company, in the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. These apartments and studios are located in several buildings in the resort, all of them in the lower area.

The distribution of the apartments and studios is as follows:

• Studio (2-for 4 people): Fully equipped with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and two sofa beds or a bunk bed (2 beds). They have a kitchen with the basic kitchenware and a a fully-equipped bathroom with a shower or bathtub.
• 1-bedroom apartment (4-sleeps 5 ): It has 1 room with 2 single beds or 1 double bed. In the spacious living room there is a double sofa bed (with the possibility of adding an extra bed). Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils. Complete bathroom with shower or bathtub.
• 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 6): It has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds or a bunk bed (2 beds). In addition, in the living room there is a 2-people sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils. Complete bathroom with shower or bathtub.
• Superior 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 6): It has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, and the other with 3 single beds. In the living room there is a 1-2 people sofa bed. Free Wi-Fi and terrace with mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils. Complete bathroom with shower or bathtub.
• 3-bedroom apartment (7 places): Triplex apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and the other room with 3 beds. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils. It has 2 fully-equipped bathrooms.
• Superior 3-bedroom apartment (sleeps 7, with mountain views): It has 3 bedrooms, one of them very large with a double bed and a double sofa bed + extra bed, another with a double bed and the third with 2 single beds. . Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils. It has 2 fully-equipped bathrooms.
• Superior 3-bedroom apartment (in the main square with mountain views, sleeps 8): It has 3 bedrooms, one of them very large with a double bed, and the other 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils. It has 2 fully-equipped bathrooms and a toilet.
• Deluxe 4-bedroom apartment (in the Montblanc building with mountain views, sleeps up to 10): It has 4 bedrooms and 4 fully-equipped bathrooms. Spacious room and capacity for up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils.
• Superior 4-bedroom apartment (in the main square with mountain views, sleeps 8): It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds. It has 2 fully-equipped bathrooms and a toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils.

Important:

• The real estate office hours during the ski season will be from: 08:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Arrival hours are from 5 pm to 10:00 p.m. Entries after 10:00 p.m. must be informed in advance and a surcharge will be charged as: nighttime bonus. (You will find the surcharge in the confirmation voucher, once you have made your booking).
• The apartments and studios are supplied with sheets, towels and kitchen utensils. They also have plasma TV.
