Excellent service from all the hotel staff, the buffet-style food was quite good and varied.

If you go to dinner at 9pm you may miss out on one of that night's signature dishes. Focusing on foreign schedules, they should also focus the schedule on Spanish ones.
Si vas a cenar a las 21:00 te puedes quedar sin algún plato estrella de esa noche. Enfocado a horarios extranjeros, tendrían que enfocar tmb el horario a los españoles.

The food was super good, lots of variety and quality. One of the best buffets I have ever seen. Very spacious rooms, good facilities, the Water Slides are amazing and give the hotel additional quality. The reception staff is lovely.
La comida super buena, mucha variedad y de calidad. De los mejores buffets que he visto. Habitaciones muy espaciosas, instalaciones buenas, los toboganes son una pasada que da calidad adicional al hotel. El personal de recepción encantador.
There are services that do not comply with the advertised hours. For example: the Water Slides were from 11:00-19:30h and opened at 11:00 but at 18:40 they already put the chain on and you couldn't ride any more, taking into account that the waiting line does not exceed 2/3 minutes, people could ride until 18:55 and at 19:30h it would already be closed, they close 20 minutes earlier unnecessarily, but at least they should advertise that the closing time is 18:40 not 19:30h. For the all-inclusive, it's similar. In theory, you can get snacks (everything that's included) until 10:30 p.m., but at 9:45 p.m. we found that they were giving us problems when ordering some snacks (e.g. deep-fried chips) and they only gave us fried chicken legs from a bag. If at certain times there are things that they won't give you anymore, they should have it specified in the schedules anyway. At the buffet, the person at the wok sometimes stopped cooking before the end of the buffet and told you that it was already closed when they had just given a dish to another person and it was still dinner time.. Likewise, these are things that, if they are part of the hotel's policy, should be specified in the schedules and should be known to the users, otherwise they are unpleasant surprises when you are using the services you have paid for within the theoretically established schedules.
Hay servicios que no se ajustan al horario publicitado. Por ejemplo: los toboganes eran de 11:00-19:00 y abrían a las 11:00 pero sin embargo a las 18:40 ya ponían la cadena y no te podías montar mas, teniendo en cuenta que la fila de espera no supera los 2/3 min, la gente podría montarse hasta las 18:55 y a las 19:00 tenerlo ya cerrado, se cierran 20 min antes innecesariamente, pero al menos debería advertise que la hora de cierre son las 18:40 no las 19:00. Para el todo incluido algo similar, en teoría puedes coger snacks (todo lo que está incluido) hasta las 22:30 pero a las 21:45 nos encontramos con que nos estaban poniendo problemas al pedir algunos snacks (ej. patatas fritas de freidora) y solo nos dieron patas fritas de bolsa, si a determinadas horas hay cosas que ya no te van a dar, deberían de tenerlo especificado en los horarios igualmente. En el bufet la persona del wok dejaba de cocinar en ocasiones antes de la hora de fin del buffet y te decía que ya estaba cerrado cuando acababa de dar un plato a otra persona y estabas aun en horario de cena. Igualmente, son cosas que, si entran en la política del hotel, se deberían de especificar en los horarios y que fuese de conocimiento de los usuarios, de lo contrario son sorpresas desagradables cuando estás haciendo uso de los servicios que has pagado dentro de los horarios en teoría establecidos.

The staff in general are very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention the excellent disposition of the lifeguards who are attentive at all times both in the pools and on the Water Slides. Wonderful!
Los empleados en general son muy amables y atentos.
Mencionar la excelente disposicion de los socorristas que estan atentos en todo momento tanto en las piscinas como en toboganes. Maravilloso!
The animation leaves a lot to be desired. If I had to give a score, it wouldn't even come close to 5. The girls don't put any effort into it, not even when it comes to making games, not even when it comes to directing them, and even less so when it comes to getting the kids to go and play. Quite unfortunate for a 4 star hotel.
La animacion deja mucho que desear. Si tuviera que puntuar, no llegarian al 5 ni de lejos. Las chicas no les ponen ganas, ni a la hora de hacer juegos, ni al digirlos y mucho menos a la hora de hacer reclamo de los niños para ir a jugar. bastante lamentable para un hotel de 4 estrellas

I stayed at the hotel for a week with my wife and my children aged 3 and 7. The experience was incredible. The hotel facilities are super complete: swimming pools, Water Slides, children's play area, ping pong... the hotel is nice and the buffet is one of the best we have tried when visiting hotels of this type. But the best of all was the treatment of the hotel team. We felt cared for down to the last detail. In particular, I would like to thank Angeles, Cándido, Carlos and Giulia (Julia?) in the dining room for their super work, Fina in cleaning, Ana at reception and María, Oria and the girls from children's entertainment who are a great team always involved with children. I recommend this hotel without booking. We would be delighted to return!
Estuve una semana en el hotel con mi mujer y mis hijos de 3 y 7 años. La experiencia fue increíble. Las instalaciones del hotel son súper completas: piscinas, toboganes, zona de juego infantil, pin pon... el hotel es agradable y el buffet es de lo mejor que hemos probado visitando hoteles de este tipo.
Pero lo mejor de todo fue el trato del equipo del hotel. Nos hemos sentido cuidados al detalle.
En concreto, agradecerles su súper trabajo a Angeles, Cándido, Carlos y Giulia (Julia?) en el comedor, a Fina en la limpieza, Ana en la recepción y María, Oria y las chicas de animación infantil que son un equipazo siempre implicadas con los peques.
Recomiendo este hotel sin reservas. ¡Repetiríamos encantados!
Recommendation: bring water shoes for the slide area. The ground is somewhat slippery.

Second year where I come to spend 1 week with the little girl, I love this hotel everything is perfect for children and the adults who accompany them. There are even lifeguards at the pool!
Seconde annee ou je viens passer 1 semaine avec la petite fille ,jadore cet hotel tout es parfait pour les enfants et les adultes qui accompagne.il y a meme des maitres nageurs aux piscine !
There are 2 types of standard room, a large one with a bathroom and a small one with a shower in the room, I would have liked to have been warned, last year I had the large one, a shower in the room, I didn't like it, difficult to have your privacy.
