10 Roberto Travelled with friends December 2022 First of all, I would like to thank Busco un Bargain for the telephone attention and the quick response regarding our request to extend the reservation made, since in the end we were more people than those initially reserved. Regarding the hotel, attention from the perfect staff. It is very new, the original decoration but very cozy, spacious and clean rooms. The best, the situation in the center, 5/15 minutes walk from any tourist visit and with the central train/metro station 100 meters away. We had read some negative comments about the breakfast buffet. We can only say that how many 5-star hotels would like the quality/variety ratio that this one has, and if something runs out, you tell the staff and they replace it on the spot. Very happy with everything. We will repeat for sure.

Agraceder lo primero a Busco un Chollo la atención telefónica y la rapida respuesta respecto a un nuestra petición de ampliación de la reserva efectuada, ya que al final fuimos más personas que las reservadas inicialmente. Respecto al hotel, atención por parte del personal perfecta. Es muy nuevo, la decoración original pero muy acogedora, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo mejor, la situación en pleno centro, a 5/15 minutos andando de cualquier visita turística y con la estación central de tren/metro a 100metros. Habíamos leido algún comentario negativo sobre el desayuno bufet. Nosotros solo podemos decir que cuantos hoteles de 5 estrellas quisieran la relación calidad/variedad que tiene este, y si algo se acaba, se lo dices al personal y te lo reponen en el acto. Muy contentos con todo. Repetiremos seguro.
