El director del Hotel Alexis, profesional, super-servicial siempre atento y diligente a cualquier tema que se le consulte. Hotel excepcional reformado y precioso. La habitación perfecta la cama enorme y muy cómoda. La comida variada y abundante, un 10 para todos los trabajadores del comedor, excelentes, siempre atentos y serviciales, los de recepción por los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros y los camareros del Bar, Marga, Milán y su compañero por su simpatía y amabilidad. Good Hotel, with good location and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff from reception, dining room, bar, entertainment and cleaning. Very tasty and varied food. Host Silvia, very friendly and attentive. Very competitive price quality, we went as a family with All-Inclusive and there was no shortage of food or drinks throughout the day. The catering service, the swimming pool and spa areas, and the bar are very good.

I booked this hotel for the wedding of my best friend who was also staying at this hotel. On arrival I pointed it out and asked if we could have rooms nearby. I was given a room on the first floor at the end of a wing, the balcony overlooked the kitchens. When I arrived the room was not clean, there were hairs on the floor and in the bed and stains on the sheets. The mini fridge didn't work. I reported it, the sheets were changed. The next day, my friend and all the other wedding guests were placed on the 4th floor of the opposite wing. At 1:30 p.m. the cleaning was still not done. I reported it with the fact that there was no hand soap and that I did not have the sign that hangs on the door to indicate my presence or request to clean the room. When I returned later a large quantity of soap had been placed in the bathroom. At no time was I offered a change of room. I stayed there 3 nights unlike the other guests (1 night). The usual reception response “Anything else?”. I am really not satisfied with the reception I was given.
J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour le mariage de ma meilleure amie qui était également logée dans cet hôtel.
A l'arrivée je l'ai signalé et demandé si nous pouvions avoir des chambres à proximité.
On m'a attribué une chambre au premier étage tout au bout d'une aile, le balcon donnait sur les cuisines. À mon arrivée la chambre n'était pas propre, il y avait des cheveux par terre et dans le lit et des tâches sur les draps. Le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas.
Je l'ai signalé, les draps ont été changés. Le lendemain, mon amie et tous les autres invités du mariage ont été placés au 4eme étage de l'aile opposée.
A 13h30 le ménage n'était toujours pas fait. Je l'ai signalé avec le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de savon pour les mains et que je ne disposais pas de la pancarte qui s'accroche à la porte pour signaler ma présence ou demande de nettoyage de la chambre.
À mon retour plus tard une grande quantité de savon avait été placée dans la salle de bain.
À aucun moment on ne m'a proposé un changement de chambre. J'y suis resté 3 nuits contrairement aux autres convives (1 nuit). La réponse habituelle de l'accueil "Autre chose ?".
Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite de l'accueil qui m'a été fait.
