9 Gonzalo Jesús Travelled with family Booked on Buscounchollo.com August 2021 The humani treatment, from the reception, Luis (lifeguard), kitchen service, catering staff (especially Juan, very attentive to everything), maintenance and cleaning staff, the whole team very attentive to everything you need, we have had the misfortune to have a small breakdown in the sink and air conditioning. And immediately the maintenance man came and prepared everything, fast and well, if we return to that area of Mallorca we will certainly return, thank you for the treatment received, we have been at home.

El trato humani, desde la recepción, Luis (socorrista), servicio de cocina, personal de hostelería (en especial Juan, muy pendiente de todo), mantenimiento y personal de limpieza, todo el equipo muy pendiente de todo lo que necesitas, hemos tenido la mala suerte de tener una pequeña avería en el lavabo y aire acondicionado. Y enseguida ha venido el señor de.mantenimiento y preparado todo, rápido y bien, si volvemos a esa zona de Mallorca sin duda volveremos, gracias por el trato recibido, hemos estado como en casa

No es tanto que no me ha gustado, pero en el bar no hay personal asignado de forma continua, con lonque los camareros del restaurante tenían que ir todo el rato de aquí para allá, por lo que en algin momento te daba costilla pedirles que te sirvieran alguna bebida, yo en particular no tenía prisa por que me sirvieran (estaba de vacaciones) pero algún cliente se impacienta y disgustaba, pero lo dicho, lo peor para ellos que iban de un lado a otro todo el rato, se podría evitar asignando a un camarero a la zona de bar, es mi opinión ???????????
