Very close to the beach, with lots of entertainment and flexible hours for meals. The service in the dining room is very good.
Muy cerca de la playa, con mucha animación y horarios flexibles para las comidas. La atención en el comedor muy buena.
The air conditioning in main areas should be improved, be more strict with the people who leave towels first thing in the morning, before opening the pool, to have the best places and a little more food available per shift, especially vegetables.
El aire acondicionado en zonas comunes debería mejorar, ser más estrictos con la gente q deja toallas a primera hora, antes de abrir la piscina, para tener los mejores sitios y algo más de comidas disponibles por turno sobre todo verduras.

We were all-inclusive for a week and were very happy, the truth is that we expected less and we were pleasantly surprised. The food is very rich and the hotel staff are charming, the pool area with the Water Slides is great. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the entertainment for children and adults is very fun. There is a ball park for children that is very good too.
Estuvimos durante una semana con todo incluido y muy contentos, la verdad que esperábamos menos y los llevamos una grata sorpresa. La comida muy rica y el personal del hotel encantador, la zona de la piscina con los toboganes estupenda. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias y la animación de niños y adultos muy divertida. Hay un parque de bolas para niños que está muy bien también.
The only bad thing is that the all-inclusive ends at 11pm and the hotel's entertainment at midnight during that hour, whatever you want to drink you have to pay for, mojitos are not included in the all-inclusive either.
Lo único malo que el todo incluido termina a las 23h y la animación del hotel a media noche durante esa hora lo que quieras beber lo tienes que pagar, tampoco entran mojitos en el todo incluido.

The air made an unbearable noise and a technician immediately came to repair it. Instead of a dryer there was a kind of air hose. They changed it the next day for a hairdryer. Very friendly staff.
El aire hacia un ruido insoportable y enseguida vino un técnico a repararlo. En vez de secador había como una especie de manguera con aire. Me lo cambiaron al día siguiente por un secador.
Personal muy amable.
It needs a renovation. The prices are quite expensive. You cannot take all-inclusive for short stays.
