Great location right next to the lift to the best part of the Pal/Arinsal ski area. Comfortable, very quiet room with excellent noise and light insolation. Fantastic food on offer at half board.
All excellent for a primarily ski orientated hotel.

Staff were friendly, whilst room decor was outdated rooms were very clean, warm and serviced regularly. Staff were very friendly and food was superb. Our party included teenagers who have been to area before and indicated they would like to return to hotel and ski resort again. Very convenient for skiing.

Location, very near the ski lift
Room (127) very noisy all the time, all through the night. Breakfast adequate, but for the price should have been better. The spa, €10,45 and the place was FULL of children screaming, not possible to relax in any way, complete waste of money.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpul, hotel hall and building was extremely charming, rooms were very clean
Dinner was set up with not many options to chose from, waiter mixed up tables and decided to bring our mains when we were still eating the starters so the food got cold, breakfast wasn't great either, rooms were quite small

Excellent location for skiing at Pal resort, the hotel is right in front of the cable car that takes you to the slopes!

It shows some signs of age, but nothing serious, and this is offset by its excellent location and practicality for a ski holiday. Having the spa within the hotel is a real plus after a day on the slopes.

They're just barely adequate in the care and maintenance of the hotel facilities, although there was nothing that was truly serious or bothersome.

The only redeeming features of the experience are the excellent location for skiing and the (very good) dinner with very friendly waiters. Otherwise, a total disappointment.
Lo único que salva la experiencia es la ubicación excelente para esquiar y la cena (buenísima) con camareros muy amables. Por lo demás, una decepción total.
Rooms: Very old, with worn carpets, poor lighting, and no privacy if you open the curtains. The bathroom is in bad condition (noisy toilet, poorly repaired tiles, and a door that doesn't close). Management: We booked two months in advance for our honeymoon, requesting a double bed, and were given twin beds. Service: The reception staff provides information sparingly and without enthusiasm. In short, a perfect holiday ruined by a room that is anything but cheap considering the level of neglect. I do not recommend it.
Habitaciones: Muy viejas, con moquetas desgastadas, falta de iluminación y nula privacidad si abres las cortinas. El baño está en mal estado (cisterna ruidosa, baldosas mal reparadas y puerta que no cierra).
Gestión: Reservamos con 2 meses de antelación por nuestro viaje de novios pidiendo cama de matrimonio y nos dieron camas separadas.
Servicio: El personal de recepción da la información a cuentagotas y sin ganas.
En definitiva, un viaje perfecto fastidiado por una habitación que no es nada barata para el nivel de dejadez que presenta. No lo recomiendo.
