Great location right next to the lift to the best part of the Pal/Arinsal ski area. Comfortable, very quiet room with excellent noise and light insolation. Fantastic food on offer at half board.
All excellent for a primarily ski orientated hotel.

Staff were friendly, whilst room decor was outdated rooms were very clean, warm and serviced regularly. Staff were very friendly and food was superb. Our party included teenagers who have been to area before and indicated they would like to return to hotel and ski resort again. Very convenient for skiing.

Location, very near the ski lift
Room (127) very noisy all the time, all through the night. Breakfast adequate, but for the price should have been better. The spa, €10,45 and the place was FULL of children screaming, not possible to relax in any way, complete waste of money.

Dinner was set up with not many options to chose from, waiter mixed up tables and decided to bring our mains when we were still eating the starters so the food got cold, breakfast wasn't great either, rooms were quite small

A very nice and welcoming hotel.
Un hotel muy bonito y acogedor.
The rooms are cozy but a bit dated. The carpeting doesn't feel very clean. It's extremely hot in the rooms and the temperature can't be regulated. We had to sleep with the balcony door open.

Good breakfasts with a wide variety of ingredients. The fruit at dinner was good and varied. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Dinners were reasonable; the previous year was better. Some dishes on the menu were weak, and the desserts were also poor. The room doors had poor soundproofing. You could hear people talking and children running in the hallway. The bath towels were very old. It was difficult to hang clothes in the closet.
Jantares razoáveis, no ano anterior foram melhores. Alguns pratos do menu eram fracos e os doces fracos também.
A porta dos quartos tinha pouca insonorização. Ouvia-se as pessoas a falar e as crianças a correr no corredor.
As toalhas de banho já estavam muito velhas.
