The farmhouse is located in the region of l'Alt Empordà, in the town of Sant Pere Pescador, in the Baix Fluvià. The town is about 300 m away and you can go for a walk. Approximately 1 km away is the mouth of the Fluvià of great ecological value and the beach that has an extension of 6 km of fine sand dunes. It is one of the few beaches that remain virgin on the Costa Brava. The road that passes in front of the house is the GR-92 Mediterranean Trail that goes from Portbou to Ulldecona. The farmhouse is located in Sant Pere Pescador surrounded by fruit fields, at the beginning of the Parc de Mig de Dos Rius nature reserve, where there is a great diversity of fauna and next to the River Fluvià. The farmhouse was built in the 19th century and is currently completely restored and furnished with care. It has a dining room that is very sunny with views of the garden, the living room has a fireplace, TV, stereo and board games. In the room on the top floor you can relax reading or just enjoy nature contemplating the extensive garden. It also has a swimming pool and children's pool. It has 5 rooms with bathroom, heating, TV and air-conditioned. Two of the rooms have a terrace. By AP-7 motorway, exit 5. By NII Orriols L'Escala crossing.
