The kindness of the owner of 10, very attentive. The restaurant food we were able to enjoy one night and it was really good. Battle hotel that fulfills what it promises and in some aspects even surprises.
La amabilidad del propietario de 10, muy atento. La comida del restaurante pudimos disfrutarla una noche y fue realmente buena. Hotel de batalla que cumple con lo que promete y en algunos aspectos hasta sorprende.
Relatively small bedrooms with the right furniture and the WIFI does not reach too well although they do give a few messages. However, you can't ask for much more for a 2-star hotel.
Habitaciones relativamente pequeñas con el mobiliario justo y la WIFI no llega demasiado bien aunque para mandar unos mensajes dan. No obstante, tampoco se puede pedir mucho mas para un hotel de 2 estrellas.

Very little soundproof bedrooms, the road is next to it so you can hear everything a lot. Floor full of cracks, very outdated furniture, the comfort of the bed not very good, the Wi-Fi does not reach the bedrooms and the room was on the 1st floor. The corridor was full of furniture in the middle.
Habitaciones muy poco insonorizadas, la carretera está al lado por lo que se escucha todo bastante. Suelo lleno de grietas, mobiliario muy anticuado, la comodidad de la cama no muy buena, el wifi no llega a las habitaciones y eso que estaba la habitación estaba en la 1ª planta. El pasillo estaba lleno de muebles por en medio.

The treatment of the staff is exquisite. Everything very clean.
El trato del personal es exquisito. Todo muy limpio.
The only drawback I have is that the Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms and there is a lot of noise from the road next door.

The mattress and pillow are the worst we have ever tasted. The hallway to our room was full of box springs and mattresses stacked on the wall. The restaurant is not opening soon and we paid €10 for 2 orange juices and 2 slices of bread. There is a 15-minute walk loaded with equipment to the access to La Massana, parking there in the blue zone is impossible and the La Massana car park costs €8 for 8 hours. The hotel is attached to the road from La Massana to Ordino and without earplugs you cannot sleep. The smell of tobacco in the room was very unpleasant, but it is understandable when you have an ashtray in the hotel window that makes it easier for you to smoke. The reception wifi does not arrive and they provided us with a connection to another network that they turn off at night and turn it on at noon.
El colchón y la almohada son lo peor que hemos probado en la vida. El pasillo de nuestra habitación estaba lleno de somieres y colchones apilados en la pared. El restaurante no abre pronto y pagamos 10€ por 2 zumos de naranja y 2 rebanadas de pan. Hay 15 minutos caminando cargado con el equipamiento hasta el acceso de la massana, aparcar allí en zona azul es imposible y el parking de la massana son 8€ por 8 horas. El hotel está pegado a la carretera de La massana a ordino y sin tapones de oídos no puedes dormir. El olor a tabaco en la habitación era muy desagradable, pero es entendible cuando en la ventana del hotel tienes un cenicero que te facilita poder fumar. El wifi de recepción no llega y nos facilitaron conexión en otra red que apagan por la noche y la encienden al mediodía.

Price-quality ratio is not good. They do not have common areas, they do not have a restaurant open at night, the hotel needs urgent reforms (in addition to order, furniture and mattresses were in all the corridors) and the staff is not efficient (it took more than an hour to bring us 7 sandwiches and 7 juices)
Relacion calidad precio no es buena. No tienen zonas comunes, no tienen el restaurante abierto a la noche, el hotel necesita reformas urgente (además de orden, muebles y colchones por todos los pasillos había) y el personal no es eficiente (se demoraron mas de una hora en traernos 7 bocadillos y 7 zumos)
