This historic rural hotel is located in the picturesque village of Santo da Serra. The center of Santa Cruz is around 10 minutes away by car, while the city of Funchal is approximately 25 km away. Madeira Airport is approximately 10 km from the accommodation. This rural hotel is the result of a complete remodeling of a Madeira 'quinta' from the 1920s, which has belonged to the same family for four generations. In the remodeling, the Casa de Chá do Santo da Serra tea shop was added and, later, the golf club house. Its architectural beauty, its elegant decoration and the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere combine to create an ideal place for a golf holiday or simply for a quiet stay in coexistence with nature.. The establishment comprises a total of 22 bedrooms and suites and features a lobby, 24-hour reception, bar and restaurant. The spacious, charming and elegant double bedrooms come with a private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, cable TV, safe (for a fee) and central heating. The hotel has a gym, which guests can use for an additional fee. In addition, guests who wish to play a round of golf can do so at the Santo da Serra Golf course, located just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
