          The Hotel Escuela Las Carolinas is located within a plot of land with the same name, "Las Carolinas", and is managed by the Hotel Association of Biscay. Young students and chefs catering form here. It is a restored nineteenth century and includes a 500m2 garden with two splendid magnolias and a shuffleboard thousand years old, among other specimens mansion. Subsists in a truly rural setting within the city. The Hotel is also located on the top of a hill with spectacular views of Santander, just 10 minutes walk from the city center. All services in the hotel school by students and workers in the industry are offered, with a special focus on personalization and quality.
