Pleasant temperature in all areas. Very attentive restaurant service. Reception very good. The bellboy explains everything very well.

The doors of the rooms should have a locking mechanism so that at any given time they can be left open without having to hold them. For example, it is very uncomfortable, especially when putting luggage, and even more so if you are carrying a baby carriage, entering a room whose door is forcing itself to close. Or if you want to leave the door open so that your nephew who is in the next room can come and he does not have to be knocking and waiting for you to open.
Las puertas de las habitaciones deberían tener un mecanismo de bloqueo para que en un momento dado se puedan dejar abiertas sin tener que sujetarlas.
Por ejemplo, es muy incómodo sobretodo el momento de meter el equipaje, y más si llevas un carrito de bebé, entrar en una habitación cuya puerta está haciendo fuerza para cerrarse.
O si quieres dejar la puerta abierta para que venga tu sobrino que está en la habitación de al lado y no tenga que estar tocando y esperando que abras.

The cleaning of the rooms is not very meticulous to say. The 6 days we found the bed stretched out, not made. The sheets have not been changed all week and the broom is shown to the room. Dinner very regular compared to any other hotel in this range. At breakfast not a proper bread, all mold or buns for lunch. The animation could be much better. Last summer I was at Landmar Los Gigantes in Tenerife and it was amazing food, facilities, entertainment and cleanliness in a hotel 4 times bigger
La limpieza de las habitaciones no es muy meticulosa que digamos. Los 6 días nos encontramos la cama estirada, que no hecha. No han cambiado las sabanas en toda la semana y la escoba se la enseñan a la habitación. La cena muy regulera en comparación con cualquier otro hotel de esta categoría. En el desayuno ni un pan en condiciones, todo de molde o los bollitos del almuerzo. La animación podría ser mucho mejor. El verano pasado estuve en Landmar Los Gigantes en Tenerife y fue increíble comida, instalaciones, animación y limpieza en un hotel 4 veces más grande
