The treatment of the staff is unbeatable, a charm. We took two apartments and they were both great. A little small, but for a few days it's fine. Cleaning is good, and anything you need is provided at reception. As a bonus, they gave us snow reports every morning so we could know the conditions of the slopes. We will surely repeat
El trato del personal inmejorable, un encanto. Cogimos dos apartamentos y estaban los dos estupendos. Un poco pequeños, pero para unos días está bien. La limpieza bien, y cualquier cosa que te faltara te lo proporcionan en recepción. Como puntazo, nos daban parte de nieve todas las mañanas para poder saber las condiciones de las pistas. Seguramente repitamos

Clean and well located,
Propre et bien situé,
Sofa bed not comfortable and very noisy. No shuttle after the eggs return at 7 p.m.
Canapé lit pas confortable et très bruyant. Pas de navette après le retour des œufs 19h.

Spacious apartments, tranquility, proximity to the town walking distance, bus to the ski gondola direct round holiday, reception in Spanish, lockers...very good.
Amplitud apartamentos, tranquilidad, cercanía pueblo andando por camino, bus a telecabina esquí directo ida/vuelta, recepción en castellano, taquillas...muy bien.
No elevator, lack of closets and/or dressers, kitchen extractor directly to the living room.
No ascensor, falta de armarios y/o cómodas, extractor cocina directamente a salón.

It is almost 800 meters from the cable car in the information it says that it is 300 meters away and it is not true. We had to shower with cold water for two days, after going to reception twice they came to fix the problem, they have to improve customer service a lot.
Esta a casi 800 metros del telecabina en la información dice que esta a 300 metros y no es verdad. Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fria dos dias, despues de ir a recepción dos veces vinieron a arreglar el problema, tienen que mejorar mucho el servicio al cliente.

The facilities were very good. Although I was a 10 minute walk from the center, I used to spend a little train to get close to the center, which is very useful.
Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Aunque estaba a 10 minutos caminando del centre, pasaba frecuentemente un trenecito para acercarte al centro, cosa muy útil.
The jacuzzi was not working.
El jacuzzi no funcionava.

Everything was very clean and the apartment had all the necessary kitchenware (toaster, water heater, dishwasher). Does not include soaps or cleaning products.
Estava tot molt net i l'apartament tenia tots els estris de cuina necessaris (torradora, escalfador d'aigua, rentaplats). No inclou sabons ni productes de neteja.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable because the mattress is very thin and you nail the crumbs. You do not rest well and you end up with back pain.
El sofà llit molt incòmode perquè el matalàs és molt prim i et clavaves les molles. No descanses bé i acabes amb mal d'esquena.

Very quiet and well connected with the train-bus service to the cable car that goes up to Ax3Domine tracks
Muy tranquilo y bien comunicado con el servicio de tren-bus hasta el telecabina que sube a pistas Ax3Domine
Small for a family of 2 adults who had to sleep in a horrible sofa bed and 2 children (15 and 4 years old) who slept in rather narrow bunk beds. There are no closets where to store clothes. The kitchen has 2 electric hotplates that cannot be used at the same time because the fire alarm goes off ... there are barely 30 m2 ...
Pequeño para una familia de 2 adultos que tuvimos que dormir em un sofa cama horrible y 2 hijos (15 y 4 años) que durmieron en literas más bien estrechas. No hay armarios donde guardar la ropa. La cocina tiene 2 fogones eléctricos que no ser pueden usar a las vez xq salta la alarma anti incendios... apenas son 30 mts2...

I liked the ski slopes, the town and with regard to the apartment that had a dishwasher and good heating.
Me han gustado las pistas de esquí, el pueblo y con respecto al apartamento que tuviera lavaplatos y calefacción buena.
Very small apartment for 4 people, not corresponding with the photos. for very short stays, because you get overwhelmed. Terrible auxiliary bed. Old blankets and not very clean. the bedding left a lot to be desired. the staff is not given to solve problems. Expensive for what it is. The jacuzzi did not work any day.
Apartamento pequeñísimo para 4 personas, no correspondiendo con las fotos. para estancias cortísimas, pues te agobias. Cama auxiliar terrible. Mantas viejas y no muy limpias. la ropa de cama dejaba mucho que desear. el personal no es muy dado a resolver problemas. caro para lo que es. no funcionó el jacuzzi ningún día.
