Me ha gustado la ubicación y las instalaciones, el alojamiento cuenta con casi todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable y acojedora
El agua caliente es eléctrica, íbamos 5 personas y el termo no dio abasto, el puesto de parking que nos tocó era muy estrecho, el personal muy poco empático

The size of the apartment. That's all it has available. Apart from towels and bed linen, it has everything - nothing we can use. Oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher tablets, dishwasher detergent, mop, shower gel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Indoor car park (1 car per apartment) is included in the price of the booking.
O tamanho do apartamento. É tudo o que tem disponível. Para além das toalhas e roupa de cama tem tudo-nada nos servir-mos. Forno, frigorífico, máquina de loiça, máquina de roupa, máquina de café, chaleira, pastilhas para máquina de loiça, detergente loiça, esfregão, gel duche. As camas e almofadas são muito confortáveis. Estacionamento interior ( 1 viatura por apartamento) incluído no preço da reserva.
I booked "Tarter Mountain Suites" thinking that I would be staying in the corresponding location, but that wasn't the case because "Tarter Mountain Suites" is a group of buildings. So I stayed in a building that is 200 meters further away and a 4-minute walk. It doesn't sound like much, but the gradient is quite steep, which, with 6 children and snowy or icy roads, is quite dangerous. I made the booking thinking of the proximity to the slopes and a flat route due to the children and this was very negative because at no point in the booking was it mentioned that we would be staying in another building (Urbanización Sant Pere del Tarter).
Reservei “Tarter Mountain Suites” pensando que iria ficar na localização correspondente, no entanto isso não aconteceu porque “Tarter Mountain Suites” é um grupo de edifícios. Como tal fiquei num edifício que fica 200 mts mais afastado e 4 minutos a pé. Parece pouco mas os desnível é bastante acentuado, o que, com 6 crianças e com estradas com neve ou geladas e bastante perigoso. Fiz a reserva a pensar na proximidade as pistas e num trajeto plano devido às crianças e isso foi bastante negativo pois em altura alguma na reserva foi mencionado que ficaríamos num outro edifício (Urbanização Sant Pere del Tarter).

The apartment was not bad
El apartamento no estaba mal
But it was not answered either with the location of the reception or with the photos of the facade. Keep in mind when you stay that they will send you two blocks up with what this means in the snow when loading the equipment . The terrace had no view and there was no furniture. Just like the fireplace, you find it without firewood. They did nothing to relocate us.
Pero no se respondía ni con la ubicación de la recepción, ni con las fotos de la fachada. Tener en cuenta cuando os alojeis que os van a mandar dos manzanas más arriba con lo que ello supone en la nieve a la hora de cargar el material.
La terraza no tenía vistas y no había mobiliario. Al igual que la chimenea te la encuentras sin leña.
No hicieron nada por reubicarnos.

Esquiades and its management. There were not 2 rooms, 3 people slept on a sofa bed.

The mattresses, both on the large bed and on the sofa bed, are not up to par with the rest of the apartment.

I have already stayed several times. The car park and location is the best.
Ya me he alojado varias veces. El aparcamiento y la situacion es lo mejor.
Lack of cleaning equipment s and kitchen equipment. That in an apartment they do not have cleaning kits, and some product for the floor is very miserable, even more so when it comes to taking care of your own accommodation and providing a minimum of service. You can't take anything out of the oven since there is no oven mitt, oven mitt or anything to avoid burning yourself, you can't clean even decently after eating. There is no curtain in the room and you could only be in the dark with light, or the entire hotel in front of you could see you with the blinds up. I would provide a sheet for each vehicle and mandatory on the dashboard identifying the car park number that corresponds to it. This is the 3rd time I have stayed and there is always a car in my space that forces me to do it wrong too.
Falta material de limpieza y equipamiento de cocina. Que en un apto no tengan unas balletas de limpieza, y algun producto para el suelo es muy miserable, aun mas cuando se trata para cuidar su propio alojamiento y dar un minimo de servicio. No puedes sacar nada del horno ya que no hay balleta, manopla o algo para no quemarte, no puedes limpiar minimamente decente tras comer.
No hay cortina en la habitación y solo podias estar o a oscuras con luz, o que te vea todo el hotel de enfrente con la persiana subida.
Entregaria una hoja para cada vehiculo y obligatoria en el salpicadero identificando el numero de parking que le corresponde. Es la 3 vez que me alojo y siempre hay algun coche en mi plaza que me obliga a mi tambien en hacerlo mal.
