This charming hotel is located near Deauville (2 kilometres), and is known for being one of the most famous resorts on the shores of the Normandy Sea, with 19th-century villas. It is right next to the Deauville golf course. The residence is located in a very quiet area and yet quite lively. About two and a half kilometres from the hotel you can find a station (public transport service). At the same distance is the magnificent beach and the turquoise blue sea, where you can easily reach with the public transport service (it is cheap) or with the car. In the surroundings, about 50 meters away, there is a wide range of shops and stores, as well as numerous restaurants and a wide range of leisure and entertainment venues. Caen is approximately 56 kilometres (one hour by car). This modern hotel is made up of three buildings, the main one with three floors and the other with two floors, with a total of 151 apartments. It has an entrance hall with elevators and a reception area open 24 hours a day. At the guests disposal there is a very cozy bar with terrace. It also has coin-operated washers and dryers, a playground, a parking lot and a garage (limited number of places). The apartments, decorated and furnished in a comfortable and cozy way, have a living room-bedroom, a separate bedroom, a small kitchen (a small oven, coffee maker and a dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite TV or by cable, Internet connection and mini-fridge. In addition, these beautiful apartments have a furnished balcony or terrace.
