The Hotel de Bourgtheroulde and Spa is a historical property of the 15th century in the heart of the former capital of Normandy, Rouen, home of the Vikings of France, fief of William "The Conqueror", Henry II of Plantagenet and Ricardo Corazon de León, and the place of the burning of Joan of Arc. This boutique-style hotel features a 700 square meter spa and an 18/9 m indoor pool, steam room, sauna, gym and 6 treatment rooms. An elegant restaurant, a bar-restaurant, a bar in the atrium and the historic courtyard complete the experience. It also has five rooms for events with capacity for 300 people, large public areas and a perfect location in the city center. It is a five-minute walk from the train station, the cathedral, museums and all the sights of the historic area. Rouen is an hour from Paris on the way to the D-Day Landing beaches and Mont St. Michel, on the main motorway that runs from the Eurotunnel to the south of France and in the heart of favorite impressionist sites. Monet and Pissaro have painted many paintings in Rouen and its surroundings.
