This complex is located near the village of Collioure in the Lenguadoc-Rossellón region, in the eastern Pyrenees, between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. It is 27 km from Perpignan. It is nestled at the foot of a rock cave in the pearl of the Costa Vermella. Collioure is a typical Catalan town with its royal castle, narrow alleys and colorful Mediterranean houses. It is the ideal destination to walk by the sea or the mountain. The beach is about 500 m. The residence is composed of 2 buildings facing the sea and overlooking the bay. There are 72 rooms in total. The services also include lift and parking. All apartments are equipped with a bathroom with a kitchenette and 2 electric plates, fridge, microwave oven with gratin, dishwasher and coffee maker. In addition, they also have a vacuum cleaner, telephone (for a fee) and TV. Guests can make use of the outdoor swimming pool and there is a golf course about 20 km away in Saint-Cyprien. From Paris: take the A10 motorway to Vierzon and then the A71 towards Clermont-Ferrand. Continue along the A75 towards Montpellier, take the A9 (La Languedocienne) towards Narbonne, Perpignan. Take exit 42 to Perpignan and follow the N114 towards Argelès-sur-Mer. Then take exit 13 towards Collioure, the Corniche. When you reach Collioure, you have to continue towards the city center. From there, follow the indications to Musée Peské and Port d'Avall. The residence is located on the right hand side of the Portvendres road, on the exit route of Collioure.
