We do not have any complaints about our stay. The location is excellent, super close to the Soldeu ski. I recommend to book the room + breakfast + dinner, it is worth it. The food is Ok and better than buy from outside. The staff is friendly and kind. We will come back here.

Great hotel to stay with a half board accomodation. We have a mountain view which is amazing. The breakfast is OK. The dinner is yummy. The staff is friendly. The location is superb, only few steps to the ski place.

great location, breakfast was nice and had a great selection, rooms were clean and designed nicely
You could hear from room (1st floor mountain side) the music from outside until some nights 2am - other nights there was no music was weird. We are not sure where the music was coming from.

The location was amazing! The breakfast was great, Erika who worked at the omelette station was the best staff member.
We found some of the staff quite rude and unhelpful, especially at the front desk.
The walls were very thin in the rooms and we could hear a lot of noise..

The location is perfect for skiing in Soldeu, right next to the gondola lift, which is why we always come to this hotel. It has free lockers for guests, and there's a ski rental shop right in the hotel. The rooms are modern, welcoming, and functional.
La ubicación es perfecta para esquiar en Soldeu, justo al lado del telecabina, por eso venimos siempre a este hotel. Tiene taquillas gratuitas para los huéspedes y se puede acceder a una tienda de alquilar esquís desde el propio hotel. La decoración de las habitaciones es moderna, acogedora y funcional.
We were assigned a very cramped room. There was so little space between the foot of the beds and the wall that we had to jump over one bed to get to the other. Furthermore, when we arrived back from skiing at 3:00 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned and the beds hadn't been made. The breakfast buffet is quite good, although this time there was very little fruit and no gluten-free options.
Nos asignaron una habitación muy estrecha. Había tan poco espacio entre los pies de las camas y la pared que había que saltar por encima de una cama para llegar a la otra. Además, cuando llegamos después de esquiar a las tres de la tarde no nos habían limpiado la habitación ni nos habían hecho las camas. Unbeatable location, right next to the Soldeu gondola, ideal for skiing to and from the resort without any hassle. The rooms are modern, very nice, and spotless. A lovely touch was the bathrobe and slippers provided for each of us; we really appreciated them after a day on the slopes. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and dinner: high-quality ingredients and everything was delicious. They even have a sushi chef at dinner, a real bonus. The main areas are also very nice, with a bar and two pool tables to relax at the end of the day. They have free lockers (just leave a €1 coin, like at the gym). The staff is delightful, always attentive and friendly.
Ubicación inmejorable, justo al lado del telecabina de Soldeu, ideal para ir y volver esquiando sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy bonitas y estaban impecables. Un detallazo que nos dejaran albornoz y zapatillas para cada uno, se agradece muchísimo después de un día en pistas.
El restaurante es de 10, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena: producto de calidad y todo riquísimo. En las cenas incluso cuentan con un sushiman, todo un plus. Las zonas comunes también están muy bien, con bar y dos mesas de billar para relajarte al final del día. Disponen de lockers gratuitos (solo hay que dejar una moneda de 1 €, como en el gym). El personal es encantador, siempre atento y cercano.

It's superbly located right next to the Soldeu cable car. The rooms are fantastic, new, and clean. They provided a bathrobe and slippers for each of us. The restaurant, for both breakfast and dinner, is outstanding—delicious and of very high quality. They even had a sushi chef at dinner! The main areas are also great, with a bar and two pool tables. Está super bien ubicado al lado del telecabina de Soldeu. Las habitaciones son chulísimas, nuevas y limpias. Nos dejaron un albornoz para cada uno y zapatillas de "estar por casa". El restaurante tanto para desayuno y cena es extraordinario, muy rico y de muchísima calidad. ¡En las cenas incluso tenían un shuhiman! Las zonas comunes también genial, con bar y dos mesas de billar. Tienen locker gratuito, solo tienes que poner una moneda de € como en el gym. El personal super agradable.
