          Practically no housekeeping (once a week, did not make the beds, no clean towels) Front desk staff very unfriendly, arrogant, not helpful at all. The WiFi is useless, streaming will not happen

          The room was underneath the kitchen and we were kept awake both at night and early morning by the noise. There was also a mouldy smell in the room. The steam room was cold. We had stayed the previous year and the food was of a far higher quality. Overall, disappointing.

          The staff friendliness and attention to detail. The spa and shuttle bus were excellent facilities.
          The buffet food was not always good quality and often not hot and there was no microwave to heat up as required. The rooms lighting system was to complicated and if you tried to switch on bathroom light at night other lights also turned on which disturbed others in room trying to sleep. Also not enough areas to hang skiing gear to dry.

          The staff during meal times were exceptional and very attentive to our every need. I ended up fracturing my knee on the trick and the staff were very helpful in applying ice to the wound.
          The staff on reception tended to be rude and not very helpful. I have submitted a complaint about this separately. Lack of vegetarian options was at times frustrating. There was a stuffed aubergine dish that looked vegetarian but turned out to have meat in it so clearer vegetarian labels would be good.

          The service and attention from staff use absolutely excellent. Every need we ever had was responded upon immediately and with great quality. Overall fantastic quality for the price. With a bit more focus to fix the reccomendations below it would be an outstanding hotel worth of the highest recommendations.
          Please consider these as reccomendations from an overall very satisfied customer. It’s clear that a Spa which is more or less “included in the price” can’t be the best in the world. Yet, with a bit more focus to restore some of the rooms it would be an outstanding added value to the hotel. WiFi was really average but still you can live with it. What was irritating was the need to introduce passkeys very often.

          Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
