This small complex is located right on the beach, overlooking the Playa del Inglés and the dunes of Maspalomas. It is a short walk from the beach and the Plaza de Maspalomas and Kasbah shopping centers. Guests will find the resort of Playa del Inglés at 100 m and the beach of the town at 200 m. Las Palmas is 35 minutes away by car. This cozy beach apartment complex was built in the traditional Canarian style and was renovated between 2008 and 2009. It is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and comprises a total of 14 studios. Facilities include lobby and safe. The complex consists of studios for 2 people with double beds. All come with a bathroom with shower or bathtub. They have a large living room with reading chair, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and rental safe. From the terrace or balcony guests will enjoy superb views of the garden, with its tropical vegetation, and the sea. A kitchenette with cooker, fridge and coffee maker is included. This complex has an outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), around which there are numerous sun loungers and parasols available to guests. A few kilometres from the hotel guests can play tennis or golf. The island offers countless slopes for hiking. Likewise, sun loungers and parasols for rent are available on the sandy beach.
